Comfortable bed, hot shower. Perfect location for St John's Wood and Lord's cricket ground.

Room too warm. Could not get AC to work.

The close proximity to bars, restaurants, shops, Regents Park, Primrose Hill, and Camden. After a lovely evening out, we returned back to the boutique hotel and had a drink from the bar, sitting outside watching the world go by. It was nice to see the pub underneath restored by the owners from Mumbai, who served drinks and food and were very pleasant and welcoming.

This isn't a criticism, but there wasn't a shower. The bath was lovely and a nice treat, but it only had a handheld shower head. There were a few issues that were dealt with straight away. The air con didn't work, but a fan was provided as the room was very hot.

Really clean, and staff very approachable and friendly. Position is in a nice quiet area, although the music from the pub underneath the rooms was quite load until about 11.00 pm. Towels lovely and bright. Pub just opened underneath the rooms in same building which is useful for food and a relaxing drink, with nice staff. Local drinkers again were nice people. Perfect for an overnight stay.

Entrance up to rooms very tired, but rooms are fine. Had an issue with some pillows but this was sorted out very promptly with no problem at all.Toileteries are quite minimal. The pipes to the radiator were really hot, so found it difficult to get to sleep at first . It was a warm summers evening when we stayed.

The room was amazing, spacious and really well thought out. Complementary water in the fridge was nice and we had a comfortable stay. Cleaning lady in the morning when we left was extremely friendly, a nice touch as we left the room.

The aparthotel vibe was strange, nobody is there to greet you as it's all self served, however this was not as uncomfortable as I thought it might be. There was a beer keg delivery early in the morning which was loud and woke us up, but again, nothing to complain about, overall we had a nice stay.

Clean, tidy and quite comfortable.

Checking in was tricky as I had conflicting instructions via email and booking.com Room was fine but to call it a boutique hotel is an overstatement. It’s basically rooms over a pub. Security was poor as a door to access the upstairs rooms, for which a key was provided, had no lock! There was direct access to the upstairs from the public bar! Thankfully, it caused no issues. Even the directions provided made no mention of a pub so it was difficult to locate.

Great location near the park and a tube station. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Two complimentary bottles of water and even two cookies. Lots of grocery stores around the corner.

a bit noisy as the window is not double-glazed

Quiet street in leafy area (though not great if you want an early night as there's a pub downstairs - shuts at 11pm) just North of Regents Park. Good sized room for London; big new bathroom; bed was comfortable and added bonus of a fridge with bottled water - essential on a muggy night in London. Easy access - despite no staff in evidence as codes for main door and key box emailed in advance. Overall excellent value for money.

It was very warm when I arrived - slept with window open as A/C unit didn't seem to work. While bathrooms look new, bedrooms need a bit of an upgrade - doors were secure but locks looked a bit like they'd been drilled in more than once.

Rooms were light, airy, spacious, clean and comfortable with a nice added touch of a mini fridge. Nice quiet location in residential area but just minutes walk to St John’s Wood High Street, Regents Park and Primrose Hill. Encountered a pleasant lady both days who was very attentive and gave fresh supplies of tea/coffee, towels etc. You can tell they are trying to offer a very pleasant and friendly service.

To echo other reviews, the entrance is very shabby and doesn’t give a good first impression, but once you’re through to the stairs things do pick up. Heating appears to be left on most of the time and can’t be controlled from the room, which made the rooms very hot. There are conditioning units in the room but didn’t appear to work, large fans were supplied but still the rooms were very hot. Blinds let it a super amount of light, could possibly do with a blackout curtain too as the light was flooded in from sunrise. There is some very funky artwork in the rooms that doesn’t quite match the overall feel of the rooms. All the above said we did still have a pleasant few days stay.

Location great, 10 min walk from tube and 5 min walk from St johns wood high st with loads of cafes, independent stores, delis etc. Rain shower, mini fridge, tea/coffee and biscuits, toothpaste/toothbrush, heated towel rail, big comfy bed, clean linens, cute room names made me laugh making the place seem more grand than it was. Pin drop quiet during the night which is lovely in London. Bit of a gem though to be honest if you're OK with walking 5/10 mins to get to tube and shops. Very good value.

The stairs up to the first floor rooms, difficult to get up if you have a walking stick and suitcase. View was non existent but that's due to it not being anywhere remarkable anyway so shouldn't be sold as if the city view is a plus. The outside of the hotel is completely inconspicuous, I had no idea where it was until a postman showed me. It's round the side of a former pub/inn and even then, the sign by the entrance points in a different direction for entry.
