The hotel is well located and is very close to the Swiss Cottage tube station which provides easy access to key parts of Central London. The area is very peaceful and the vibe in the hotel was brilliant (at least when we visited during the Christmas season). Decent breakfast fare! Carluccio's- the inhouse Italian restaurant is excellent too! Would highly recommend going with London Mariott Regents Park over the multitude of options in the maniacal bustling commercial districts. I would like to give a shoutout to James from the Guest Services department who is a top-notch professional! I wish to express my gratitude to James for being empathetic and making us comfortable when we had to reschedule our trip and leave London prematurely due to a bereavement in our family!

The menu during breakfast should offer some variations since people who stay at the hotel for periods of more than a week may get bored with the same fare. The hotel could also consider providing at least two bottles of complimentary water in the rooms everyday.

The hotel was nice an comfortable, family rooms very big for London standard and had a fridge and coffee/tea, the location near underground and busses with quick access to the center and most sights, the pool and gym. Walking distance (if you don't mind walking some kilometers) to Primerose hills with cafes and restaurants, park, Abbey Road, Camden market etc. Restaurant was OK option for when you don't have energy to go out, with good options for children.

The cleaning was not done every day, and mostly very late afternoon, and some days it was done in a rush (leaving dirt on floors and tables), and on Sundays we found out only after that we should have actively asked for cleaning since most guests "don't like to be disturbed" on a Sunday. The pool was sometimes a bit too warm (30+) to be able to swim comfortable, but nice for a dip. Breakfast looked rich, but option expensive, especially with kids who will eat just 1 croissant it's not worth it.., but there were other cafes and a food-shop just behind the hotel. The bar was nice but a bit expensive compared to other bars.

Excellent hotel! All the boxes were checked for us: friendly accommodating staff, clean and comfortable room, and a high quality breakfast (and food in general from the restaurant). Great sport and wellness facilities top it all off - these are stand-out excellent - the pool is a good size and the attached sauna and steam rooms make for a very convenient and enjoyable session simply alternating in and out until you feel fully revitalised. The gym is well equipped for a hotel too. I booked a Swedish massage one morning during our stay and this was extremely relaxing and professional. In terms of access to the city, the nearest tube station is 5 minutes.away and we were making it to the city centre within minutes thereafter. A very convenient location if preferring to take a cab too - we took a cab back from Euston one tired evening and it cost us less than £15 (and about 10 minutes). The hotel is child-friendly, from the staff to the facilities and food. Ours wanted to stay longer, which is not normally the case in hotels. All in all a truly excellent hotel. We're already planning our next trip and are hoping to stay here again!

Nothing to dislike.

Excellent location, very pleasant big room, good breakfast, very good fitness club, very good drinks at the lobby bar and, above all, fantastic service at the front desk (unfortunate exception one rude evening front desk manager, Thanuka or something like this), and first class concierge professionals (in particular Istvan). A very much appreciated very yearly check-in and late check-out allowed us to fully enjoy our arrival and departure days.

The overall excellent experience has already erased from our memory the lack of professionalism and really terrible behaviour of one front office staff when, after going up to the room and down to the front desk more than once to ask for room cleaning and some a couple of bottles of water , eventually we complained about the room phone not working (temporarily).

Staff at the lobby are great help, ready to assist on spot. I really liked the idea of the hourly rate charges after check out time. I have extended my trip for an extra night and everything went smooth by reserving me in same rooms. I reserved 3 rooms , 2 deluxe family room and one execuitve suit . Both are really spacious and well equipped with towels and amenities . Family room is excellent for a family with 2 child or 3. In terms of location , it's v quite and a clean area. Regent Park is v close and wonderful place to walk in. I will definitely recommend Marriot Regent Park as a family destination. Nice and helpful staff, clean rooms, quite location.

Nothing.

Staffs were very friendly & helpful. Location was convenient and amenities were good, esp a warm pool & gym. Note: There were times where the power shutdown and reset itself, however, the TV and fridge need help with in order for it to function normally again. Pool entry is restricted to 45 minutes prior to closing. So if you go 30 minutes prior to closing, best bet you'll be turned away even if you'll be done before closing time (wish they had told us that when we checked into our hotel). Neighbor kept slamming door & hitting walls, and there was a random stranger who knocked on our door for a few minutes.

Marriotts are generally a good place to stay, they are consistent in their services. It was an adequate stay for the money paid. I really loved the location. It was a quick walk to Swiss Cottage station and from there you can hop on the Jubilee line and catch other connections quite easily.

The heating/cooling was quite difficult to control. It would alternate between hot and cold and you'd wake up kind of sweating. It was not remedied with the thermostat at all. Small gripe but the mattress kind of tapered off the edge so you slip off if not sleeping fairly in the center. Just to keep in mind if sharing with someone not so close to you.

The room was wonderful and completely as presented. 2 double beds, the fittings were beautiful, a large tv, a balcony, plenty of charging portals. the bathroom was wonderful and had all the amenities and more. The room also had a kettle with tea and coffee and milk so it was perfect. Really a wonderful room that exceeded expectations, i wish we had stayed longer. The location was very close to the station and the park. We did not have time to explore other amenities but it looked like there was a hairdressers and a gym.

Not a lot really. The door was a bit stiff - not a big issue just had to pull it strongly to close it and made a big sound - again it wasn't an issue. there was a restaurant in the lobby so we had lunch there but the service was very slow - we were 1 of 2 tables.

All the staff are professional and helpful.

The TV in the room was set at such a low volume that you could not hear anything even when seating close by. The engineer was not available and we had to wait until the next day. The engineer pulled out the plug which reset the TV. And then we could listen to the TV. We had to reset it each time. This was a repeat of what happened a few weeks before so it was surprising to find the issue had not been resolved or a bot placed in the room to explain that it needed to be reset each time you wanted to watch the TV. It appears to be a fault with the accessible rooms.

We are Family of 2 adults and 2 kids. We slept comfortably in 2 interconnecting rooms with 2 double beds in each room. Food at Carluccios was excellent. Buffet breakfast was also excellent. Taxis were always easily available. Very spacious and comfortable rooms.

Cleaning lady broke our travel bidet set. When we complained to Housekeeping supervisor they made sure the cleaning lady did not fiddle with the bidet again. But they did not compensate for us in cash or kind for breaking our bidet set. We had to order a new bidet set to replace the one they broke.
