Outstanding Experience all round; it's like an old-school reunion but with only your best mates - the entire Staff/Team are truly the BEST in London; hands-down a Master-Class in customer service. I daresay they'd give the Four Seasons a run for their money despite it being labelled a 'hostel'. Everything about Palmer's is spot-on - the Location, Staff, Ambience etc.etc. Where else in London can you get a £7.00 breakfast buffet with freshly baked croissants (daily), free Tea (all day) plus an on-site bar to boot?! Kudos ladies and gentlemen - If I could spend both Christmas and New Years with you I wouldn't hesitate; I'm in Love!

Restrictions on Stays is a heartbreaker folks :-(

The building of the hostel is breathtaking! A historical house that looks like a castle, amazing staircase, huge guest room with a fireplace, wonderful! The breakfast was amazing also, only for 6.50 GBP an all you can eat brekky that way exceeded a hostel type of breakfast. There are lockers also to use for your luggage after a check-out. Overall, I loved the stay very much and will be back in Feb.

The bed I had was very uncomfortable. I sunk during the night into the mattress and woke up in the morning in a huge hole and all achy :D Not great, not a reason to not come back though.

The bed was super comfortable and the pillows and duvet as well, thick and good for winter. We were in a private double ensuite and the oven worked great to heat up the room and the window was good to get fresh air in. The house it self is quite magical, reminds us of the professors house in Narnia. It was a short walk to 2 underground stations and few bus stations so it was easy to get around.

The shower soap did not smell good and there was very little possibility to hang stuff up or put down, no bedside table. There was a strange noise going on upstairs from us around midnights most of the week we stayed. We never complained at site since it was forgotten by morning when we left, it sounded like banging so they might want to check that if it still applies.

The hotel environment is welcoming and cozy. • it's easy to make friends and talk to people, as the shared spaces are nice and intimate. • the hotel is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, and very close to the Jubilee line • breakfast is great, totally worth the price • the facilities are always very clean • bed curtains allow for privacy • friendly staff, a maintenance issue was fixed within one day

• the rooms (at least the 6 bed one) are a bit small, which doesn't allow easy access to the storage bins • there are no shelves near the bed, just a very small one barely enough for a phone • there are no benches in the room, which isn't convenient if you're on the top bunk

One of the few places that has a dormitory accommodation with beds that have curtains, big plus/thumbs up/what-have-u! Makes all the difference when you arrive tired and exhausted and need a brief moment to gather yourself. Very clean and reasonably well-kept place, some noise during the night (the usual suspects - a snorer, few late arrivals...) but nothing extreme.

Check-in was quick and painless but some of the staff were unfriendly and dismissive, the only minus I could think of.

Friendly staff, couldn't be more helpful. Convenience for transport links and shops. The kitchen is small but handy and useful for its size. Fridges in which you can store your food (Can get a tad over crowded but a welcome thing to have. The microwave broke on Christmas day, they had a replacement within a few hours.

Not the staff's fault but some of the guests left a lot to be desired shall we say, leaving a mess in the kitchen. Not sure if it was mentioned on here or somewhere else but they have a rule that you can only stay there for so many weeks in a six month period, once you've reached the limit you can't rebook for six months, I've never heard of that before and on my arrival I was informed of this which is a pity as it's a great place to stay.

Beds very cosy.Breakfast a bit expensive but good.Very nice fellow guests.Beautiful building.Theatre nearby is very good and the food market where they sell lovely honey freshly made pastries etc at pretty good prices.Library nearby for checking out the neighbourhood and when I was there all the white cherry blossom was out and the park was full of chinese and japanese couples taking selfies which was sweet.

Other guests. If its windy you can shut the window..Otherwise everyone else is in a draught. The young guy who decided to go fifteen times in and out of the room all night and the one who had his music on his phone going until 3am.Luckily I was able to change rooms somewhere wuieter. Also wondering why really loud Scottish guy shouting at the top of his voice in a meeting in the lounge.Note to him..there's other people..and they're trying to relax..

The location is close to the underground station and bus station. The staff is very nice. The building is very characteristic, a great experience to stay in a Victoria style building. The bed is comfortable. The public bathroom and shower are very clean. Also like the secure lockers in the basement although need to pay but the price is very reasonable. Tesco Express is just around the corner as well as a coffee shop.

The bathroom in the En-suite female room is tiny, also the ventilation is not good, will be smelly after somebody uses the toilet. The room floor is not very clean (bed is clean). Only one bin in the room which is always full, would be good to have two bins.

The room and beds were clean and nice and good - no sound came from the beds at all because they were well made and installed!!! The location of the hotel was great and I could easily go to the city center and places of interest The behavior of the employees was very kind and friendly and excellent It had a beautiful lobby that was open all the time with a coffee machine and other facilities Excellent restaurant with a very beautiful dining room... - I may not be able to say the positive and interesting points of this place in a few sentences I can only say: I had a lot of fun and experienced a lot of relaxation and pleasure I will definitely come back to this place and recommend it to my friends - And I thank all the employees of this hotel

I can't find anything I didn't like - this place gave me complete satisfaction I just got home - but no matter how much I think about it, I can't find anything I don't like
