The room was large, the shower was hot, the bed comfortable, wifi was strong, good television with streaming options, breakfast was ok.

The lights were tricky to work and there was not a compendium that provided information about the property or the surrounds. When trying to get in the lift to our room on Sunday evening the male reception staff member shouted “are you a guest in the hotel”. He was trying to manage the visitors going up to the rooftop bar (we understood that) but there has to be a better way of managing that rather than raise your voice to in-house guests.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect - all the best restaurants nearby, plus a one-minute walk to the Overground, buses right on the main road and Liverpool Street Station quite nearby as well. The rooms are impeccable, I loved the bed, the design, the shower and the products. The staff were really accommodating with a couple of things I needed. The hotel bar was quite nice to come home to for a night cap as well.

WiFi was really poor and I had trouble for both work calls and FaceTiming home with my family. Because I am international, I didn't have cell out and about so I really needed to be able to load my maps before leaving, etc, but the wifi was too spotty and I just couldn't load almost anything. The TV relies on WiFi as well and it cut out in the middle of a show I was getting really into one night. If there is a paid WiFI option, I think it would be totally worth it.

Good friendly atmosphere Real buzz,it was Christmas time

The furniture in the bedroom13 needs re covering shabby with some stains Carpet too .We told the reception and they agreed it was due refurbishment The bathroom was splendid with huge walking shower not slip pale gray tited floor with rain head shower and separate hand spry Lovely hot water and masses of fluffy white towels.Lots of Aesop gels shampoos and body cream .Masks and earplugs. The brasserie is a busy fun place with open terrace for sunny days. Staff were so kind to us the only old couple in East London as far as I could see.We had a great time We shall go back I'm sure

Great location, if a bit noisy . Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is very good with an extensive menu made to order. Staff very helpful and friendly.

It's quite noisy due to the number of bars/restaurants in the immediate vicinity combined with the narrow streets/high buildings and service vehicles for these start very early in the morning. Surprised to find both hotel restaurants closed on a Sunday night, but plenty of options in easy walking distance.

The place has such a great feel compared to 'traditional' hotels. The Boundary is not formal and stuffy as can often be the case. The staff were very friendly and genuine and the room was a fabulous space to relax in. We had the Terence Conran room and I wanted all the comfy furniture!

Well I have to dig deep to think of things I didn't like. I remember the coffees were a bit on the small side and not as hot as they could be. But honestly, they still tasted good..

The breakfast was excellent. The restaurant and front desk staff, Kris, Johnny Mack, Andreas and Ahni, were wonderful. The room was charming and well-arranged. Even the artwork in the hallways was outstanding. The housekeeping staff kept up with our strange schedule and were very flexible. The location in Shoreditch is very close to excellent restaurants and fun shops.

Can't think of anything!

The facilities were nice and clean. It’s in a cool area with great food and shopping near by.

The pillows were very uncomfortable and went flat. We tried to stack them for more support but didn’t help. Also our room was super hot and the thermostat wasn’t working so we had to open the window which made it a bit noisier but not a huge deal.

The room was spacious with closets, bath robes, toiletries, coffee and tea station, etc. I specifically like the section with books it made me feel at home. The food was excellent in both the Sky Bar and at restaurant /bar/ front desk, I loved the concept. And last and most important the courteous and friendly staff that made our stay true joy.

Breakfast delivered to the room was perfect eggs Florentine and fresh OJ. I was happy to make my own cafetière of coffee in the room. I enjoyed the roof terrace bar and the downstairs cafe tables outside. Boundary were able to hold my bag an extra night whilst I visited friends in London, which I appreciated. I was also helpfully accommodated in another request. I enjoyed a few films on Netflix during my stay, the perfect place to recuperate after a rowdy wedding party. Though I was lounging in bed during normal room cleaning hours the maid asked later in the day If I would like a room clean, which was ideal. The huge bath and nice products felt indulgent and the corner room was spacious and airy and calm.

Wasn’t sure of the best place to plug the kettle in so boiled it by the socket behind the door.

The rooms are uniquely furnished and ours was very modern and tastefully done. The breakfast was excellent, as was our meal in the restaurant the night before. Everything is home made apparently. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Being at the front of the hotel meant it was very noisy very early on; something we hadn't realised.
