Ideal location for the night out at The Macbeth pub. Exceptionally clean and comfortable.

The sloped ceiling above the bed, made getting out of the bed interesting.

We really liked this accommodation! The location was perfect: a grocery store next door, lots of cafes and restaurants around, public transport was right in front of the door, and you could even walk to some attractions. The area was cozy and safe. The apartment was comfortably spacious, you could cook in the kitchen and the bathroom was clean. The room was cleaned every day. I liked that the reception was open 24/7. The beds were really comfortable and the air conditioning cooled very well!

Of course, the sounds of the street can be heard in the apartment, but it didn't bother us. This is not a luxury apartment, and you can see a little wear and tear, but a clean and safe place to sleep was enough for us.

We booked a quadruple bedroom, which was located just above the hotel's main entrance. Room size is excellent for a family of 4 (couple + 2 teenagers). We kept our belongings in the suitcases as we only stayed 3 nights and spent most of the time exploring the city. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, Hoxton metro station (Overground) and bus station are just a few steps away. The room was clean, and the kitchenette included some basic equipment and utensils for cooking and dining. The room furnishing is somewhat dated, but still in good shape. The hotel team was helpful with keeping the luggage after check-out time until our departure.

Minor maintenance details could be fixed better (e.g. loose shower hose holder or shower doors), low batteries in the TV's remote control but none of this was an issue.

The Facade and interior decor were understated Euro-chic. The room was cool and secure (We were on the ground floor with no windows, which worked well for us to get a good solid night's sleep. The bus stop was a few steps away. There were excellent restaurants and a bakery within a few steps from the hotel. The Liverpool underground station was also nearby. There were several Overground metro stations. There was more of an authentic neighborhood vibe with mini-markets and few obvious tourists. Just a great location for us!

The shower stall was a bit too small for my spouse.

The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. I was able to stay in a room on an upper floor with a window. The room was large and private. I did not hear a lot of noise from the street or other guests. The room came with a fridge and iron that was very nice. The location is great near to buses and the over ground, as well as restaurants and bars. Lots to do in the area.

The set up of the room was a bit strange lots of levels, the desk and closet were on a raised platform, there was a step to the bathroom and the toilet was on another raised platform. I'm still healing from an ankle surgery, so stepping up to the toilet every time I needed to use it was annoying. the hotel apparently rents rooms(s) with no window. If I had had one of those rooms, I think this would have been a different review.

Very friendly and helpful stuff, who made our stay times better! Daily housekeeping, close proximity to the metro, nice area with a grocery store next door, and a well-equipped kitchen. Furniture and appliances were quite old, but everything was working, so great value for money all thing considered!

Windows go out to a noisy street, and they don't keep out all the noise at night. Wasn't a problem for us, but might be for people who a light sleepers.

The bed was comfortable, I like that the sink was right next to the toilet (great design), I like that there was a table and little chair so I could have a little desk, and that there was a view onto the street if I wanted to wake up to the sunlight on my face. It was quiet enough to sleep - no one (street or neighbors) were loud.

I prefer a bathtub if possible, the sink was really small (hard to refill water bottles or to wash my face), the WIFI wasn't amazing, and while the AC was intuitive, the heat was not.

Thin curtain (too much street light goes trought the curtain at night, but this didn’t got in the way to have a good sleep, in fact the beds are very confortble with good quality. To a better experience cooking in the room i suggest a stronger cooktop, or a thin fridge because its impossible to get high temperatures in that setup (this didn’t got in the way to have excellent meals, but you have to be patient) Too much electronics togheter got the electricity room out (idk if it was only in our room or happen in other rooms too)

Comfortable bed , quiet and clean , friendly staff .it is a basic accomadation perfect for a cheap Stay in London , although had a nice touch of tea and coffee and biscuits and the outside street offer lots of Vietnamese restaurants too try too and a Sainsbury’s local , (also has a lift ) .

The decor a bit mismatch ,tv wouldn’t work and curtain wouldn’t shut properly .

Property is located in the heart of Shoreditch - so you are minutes away from all the nightlife, a 20 minute walk away from the city (if you have business there), and short walk from Victoria Park and canal towpaths. Unbeatable in terms of location and value for money.

Walls were a little thin and rooms a bit spartan, but overall clean and had all the right facilities. Could have had a better table for working on. Think you would not get much more for the price in this location.
