Booked the room on the basis of location in Regents Park and the fact that breakfast was included. Apart from the check in staff the other staff members were fantastic. Breakfast was included, in addition, drinks in the afternoon and Tapas, brilliant value for money.

The check in staff, one particular person was incredibly rude. Other staff were fantastic.

The AC in the room. There was a malfunction in the AC system at my second night and the room in general was hot.

Clean and spacious. Modern feel all the fixtures and fittings were good quality. The Level is always a great touch at Melias.

Aircon in bedroom cold have been better. Very hot night and aircon didn't cool the room enough.

Convenient location for me Level lounge for me was great. Felt a bit more homely than a bar with larger tables as well as smaller ones available. Range of seating etc.

Terrible smell of stale water in the first room given. Then only option was a lower floor room which was noisy despite being at the end of a corridor. Lack of attention to detail - thin fraying towels, lotion and wash products not filled up and attached (to stop people pilfering) but meant I had no soap No bin in the room - felt bad leaving my rubbish around

The bed in the junior suite was lovely and big and comfy. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the access to the level bar with complimentary drinks and snacks was a great added bonus.

From the photos I was expecting the junior suite to be a big open plan room but we got one with two separate areas, which meant the bedroom was really small. I didn't like having the bath in the bedroom, again from the photos I thought that was in the bathroom. And I didn't like the see through shower wall.

The hotel had great reception staff, very friendly and helpful. as a VIP guest the hotel offers an amazing lunge offers snacks most of the time of day. also if reception is busy, as VIP you get a rear reception that can attend your needs accordingly. breakfast is quite good and tasty! a lot of variation.

1 elevator key was out in floor 6 and it seemed that service did not take good care of fixing it, and it was out for long time. I ordered twice a warm breakfast, which after waiting for 1h did not arrive, which is quite disappointing.

It’s very well located with a tube station and a tesco nearby, the neighborhood around was very quiet and calm and family friendly as well. The interior of the hotel was modern. The staff was very friendly and helped with luggage whilst checking in and checking out, housekeeping was also great. The morning breakfast buffet was also varied and tasteful.

Whilst staying in the room we could hear sounds from the hallway, people walking back and forth and opening doors. The lobby should’ve had more counters available for checking in and out as it became very crowded easily in the small lobby.

Excellent breakfast in the level and the buffet room, very close to underground.

I have stayed some 5/6 times this year and the only complaint I have is the service in Bar 35 which is terrible have to search for staff even have to go to reception to ask, often have to wait over 10 minutes to be served. Not what you would expect.

Free drinks (soft and alcoholic) and tapas in the Level Bar, decent little gym, extremely comfortable bed and pillows (probably best nights sleep I have had in a looooong time, and def best night’s sleep ever in a hotel), great breakfast…loved it

Gym weights machines could do with being modernised, heaviest dumbbell weights are 20kg which are ok for most things, but could do with going up to 30-35kg.

Hotel in general was fabulous, rooms very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the Level food and drink a bonus.

Despite food being advertised as available until 2230hrs, when we tried to order food we were advised by a bar steward to go to MacDonalds 😡 The following evening other guests weee served food in the bar after 2230hrs.
