Booked this hotel for a night out in London and didnt want to spend hundreds for a hotel for just one night. Its very close to Oxford Street and Leicester Square and to me, it seemed very quiet. I was in room 1B. Its a budget hotel. Dont go there expecting Hilton. Its decent, clean and has all that it needs for the money you pay. Clean room, decent size, easy access, clean toilet and shower. It doesnt offer the luxurious experience of super expensive hotels in London. Its a budget friendly. You pay 100 , you get enough for a comfortable stay. I was pleasantly surprised, going there after reading some reviews I was somehow concerned but...to my surprise its a decent hotel. Nothing fancy, nothing terrible. If you dont want to spend a fortune for a few nights, this is a safe bet.
Cant complain of anything because I went in with no expectations. Its just a regular, better than Travelodge kind of thing hotel. Take it for what it is and you wont be disappointed. Cant really find a fault. Its just...a hotel room. Nothing fancy.

The price for Fitzrovia is fantastic, I didn't have a lot of money, and I was only looking to be there for 2 nights, so this really suited me and to be honest the room was really clean and very warm. The best part was definitely how clean the room was, everything was spotless, which I like. Also all the essentials such as towels, soap and toilet paper were provided. The heating was easy to switch on and I had a fantastic night's sleep. Very happy thank you =)
Not much, it was a good stay and I would definitely stay here again for what I needed it for.

It was in an excellent location, walking distance to anything important. Room was comfy and the bed as well. I read the reviews and everything sounded even scary but nothing like it. It was a great stay I would definitely stay here again.
The bathroom was rather small, same as the bedroom but it wasnt bad for a short stay. You had to fight with your luggage throughout the stairs. It didn't look like it had any kind of disability accommodations.

This is one of those places in which you only meet the staff on the day of your arrival (you have to contact them 30 minutes prior to your arrival), as they hand you out the keys and after that you are on your own. Of course this is not a problem, but I am mentioning this in case you are looking for a more traditional place with a reception desk. The location was great, as you are not that far away from places like the British Museum and the West End. It is also not that far from Euston Station (it's like a 15 min. walk), and an underground station, Goodge Street, is not far. There are also a lot of restaurants and cafes in Charlotte Street, in case you are looking for a place for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The location is exceptional! Subway station is two blocks away and is very centrical. We read a lot of reviews saying the place wasn’t clean or that it was noisy but that wasn’t our experience. We were very happy with our stay. It was exactly what we needed for our 10-day trip. Would definitely rebook here when we return to London.
Hair dryer is very slow so if you’re in a hurry in the morning, take it into consideration.

It was very convenient location wise Quiet accommodations Staff was excellent and friendly and helpful Easy access to kitchen which was next to my room(loved that)
I had only one minor issue The tv was not always receiving a signal because I was in B3 which was at the lower level of building

Great location. Clean, but the kitchen walls could use some cleaning. Easy to access transportation to everywhere we needed to go. Liked using the roof balcony to cool off after the sun went down.
Description said single room ac, but there was no ac at all and we had a couple of hot days in London while we were there. Very basic supplies in the kitchen, but we made it work.

The best part of staying here was the location, as it was so close to everything. And, checking-in & the staff were ever so helpful & friendly. That aside, I slept extremely well every night (because it was so quiet in the room), except for one night, when the neighbouring room allowed their door to slam shut in the early hours (this wasn't an issue with the hotel itself, just an ignorant guest). Before arriving, I was a little curious about the shared kitchen, as I believed it would be a kitchen the entire hotel would share...but I was WRONG! It seems there is a kitchen on each floor of the hotel, which means each kitchen is only used by the three rooms occupying that floor, which meant there was no battling over cooking facilities (in fact, during the 8 nights, there was only one time when I was in the kitchen at the same time as someone else). Another point I'd read in previous reviews was about the hotel sharing an entrance with a bike shop...while this is true, this was not an issue at all. Additionally, the room I had had a mini ironing board + iron, with enough space & hangers in the cupboard; The shower & bathroom had hot water every day; And, overall, I would like to stay here again in future, should my budget be able to stretch to it. Thanks for a great stay!
The only suggestion I would make is that the hotel deep-clean their rooms once a month at least. The reason being is that, upon looking closer, it's easy to spot that the room doesn't receive a thorough clean between guests. This doesn't affect your stay in the room, as the parts you will mostly use ARE clean.

The room was cosy and the toilet was newly renovated and perfectly clean. It was quite, the bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep. Nice view over the terrace, no sound of traffic. It felt like being in a oasis in the middle of London. The stuff was very friendly and arranged for keys to be picked. Thank you for a nice staying!
Everything was just perfect

Room was spacious and comfortable. Property offers communal kitchen which is nice for those looking to stay longer. Easy check in, flexible bag hold. Very central location- lots of great restaurants right out front.
Windows don’t open- probably for a good reason, but the room can get a bit stuffy
