It was cheap and convenient for 1 night stay.

When I arrived at the property (at around 10:45) the hotel doors were locked and there was no one to open. I stood outside and knocked and tried calling the bar for over 20 min and had no response. I eventually gave up and started looking for alternative accommodation when someone eventually came and opened for me. The really put a bad taste in my mouth regarding the hotel. It was late at night, I am a single female and I started to panic, especially when I couldn’t reach any of the phone numbers that were provided on the website.

+ location of hotel is great, in town centre so close to main attractions + was staying during BBC1 Radio 1 weekend and noise level was very low pleasantly surprized by this) + clean room + quick check out + quick response to questions pre-checking via booking app

- this is old building, so room has a bit not nice smell - wifi is not password protected, hence you need to login, if you are worried about data protection a bit minus, my friend written wrong e-mail and wasnt able to connect - staff could not help on wifi, if you are checking induring busy time at a bar might need to wait longer than expected - not able to pre-book parking (received info about it, first in first out), hence you don't really know if you need to pre-book parking somewhere else, parking is small hence would advise to pre-book somewhere else if staying over the weekend

Checking in was simple and the staff welcome and general helpfulness was great. I loved the single room on top floor with its own bathroom. It was very quiet, given the location and public thoroughfare outside. I was able to get a parking space in the pub car park and there was not a lot of noise from other residents, despite it being a well-patronised venue in Luton's town centre. There were a lot of local places to eat, had I wanted them. These were also a range of supermarkets available within easy walking distance. Also great to have access to free onsite parking facilities.

There were no decaffeinated options for tea or coffee in the complementary refreshments. A small thing, perhaps, unless (like me) you cannot take caffeine, in which case you had to go without or go and buy some Decaff Yorkshire Tea teabags.

Very central and on site parking for convenience. Cheap overnight accomodation. Nice welcome by the staff. Food in the bar was nice and reasonably priced. Food stops at about 9 pm We just made the time and staff were not phased or put out when we ordered. Room comfortable and clean. Local to the town centre and the airport. We would definitely use the place again.

A bit noisy, but it's not the hotels fault that there can be inconsiderate guests.

I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of the room. It's great that there was a bath and a shower in my room. Great location only 10 mins walk from the interchange. Great that they supplied earplugs in case of traffic noise but I didn't hear anything so didn't need them.

I arrived at 1pm - I would have happily paid for an early check in but it was made clear that check in starts at 2pm. I had lunch whilst waiting which was ok - however later looking at the website details I saw that it should have been discounted for residents. This was not offered.

Easy to find in the centre of Luton. Nice big bar/restaurant. Rooms in a separate building at the back. Ours was on the ground floor. Ear plugs provided but not needed. Read they have loud music on at the weekends. Would stay again.

Car park very small and spaces can't be reserved. We managed to get in as 1 small and 1 larger space left. However there's an NCP multi-storey a couple of minutes away which was where we had to leave our car the next morning and wait for a minibus to take us to Luton airport as got a cheap airport transfer deal.

Lovely little room in a super cool pub, Very clean, not fancy but I don't need all the bells and whistles. The room was clean, warm and the wifi worked great. I also had breakfast in the pub and it was very good and reasonably priced. I always like to visit local pubs on vacation and this one felt like a very genuine English pub. I would stay here again to be sure.

I wish I could have gotten a late checkout since I was switching hotels and had to wait for my other room to be ready, but it was no big deal, I sat in the pub and had breakfast and a couple of pints. They were fully booked at the pub hotel and I understand they had to turn the rooms so it is not really a complaint, just a wish.

The room and bathroom where extremely clean. the bed was nice and comfy. the room was equipped really well with a fan, heater, iron, ironing board, teas & coffees etc. Fresh towels where given daily. the staff where all lovely and the breakfast in the pub was delish and a good price too! We went into London to Winter Wonderland and it was super easy to get to the station and the train to St Pancras was only 30 mins!

the shower pressure was quite low but I think there was a split in the pipe from the tap to the shower head which probably affected it but everything else was great! no other faults :)

Size of the bed, the vibe of the room. I liked that there was a hairdryer available since I had to wash my hair. I also liked that it was close to airport (5min taxi drive). But we were there only for 1 night, actually just until 3am.

There was a hole in the wall of the bathroom and a few stains in the shower. I was very disturbed by their restaurant - we arrived at 8 pm and the staff told us that they are still serving food until 8.45 pm. We arrived at the restaurant at 8.20 and waited there for quite some time and then went to the bar since nobody came to us. They said that they don't serve food anymore and that tonight they closed early. That was very disturbing since we were very hungry and waited for so long.

The location is very good. Is just in the center of Luton , everything is close by - Luton mall , different shops and restaurants. And it’s close to Luton airport either. English breakfast was very good and the meals are huge !!

We both quite tall , so the bed was relatively small for us. At the same time it’s actually a common thing for UK having lack of space at all.
