The location is really near the airport, so you can hear the planes especially in the morning, also the neighborhood is quite odd, the facility itself looks like from the 80's outside and noticeable worn out inside. But, it is sort of clean, the staff is extremely nice, there is free coffe/tea machine at the reception 24 hours, breakfast offer is not wide, but it is enough, especially considering it is included. The hotel is situated about 5 min walk from the train/bus station. The train connection to the city takes about half an hour. Overall, the hotel offers the best value for the price. We were very satisfied with the stay.

The upside of the location is the proximity to the station. It was perfect for hopping on the bus to the airport. The hotel was clean and safe. Close to all the shops. The staff were lovely. The room had everything I needed and everything was working. Having a bathtub was a nice perk. Overall, there are significantly more pros than cons.

I had to have an early night to catch an early flight. However, I was woken up around 11pm by the sound of the church chime, then there were some fireworks, then people shouting on the street, then, it seemed I began to hear everything - trains, planes, the wind... I ended up waking up every hour. It looked like there were meant to be two sets of windows, but the inner one seemed to be missing. Perhaps, that was the root of the problem. Also, the staff were kind enough to pack me some breakfast as I had asked them, as I had to checkout before breakfast. However, I was slightly disappointed to find only a croissant and 4 small sachets of jam/nutella. I thought that if not a sausage roll, then there could have been at least something else, maybe also a banana and a bottle of yoghurt.

Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was tasty. Staff pleasant and knowledgeable.

Window catches both broken so had to slide the secondary glazing across to block out the noise. This meant the room was very hot and we had to have the fan on all night. Couldn't get the aircon to work then realised in the morning that the plug switch was on the ceiling! It would be useful to have at least one glass or even a plastic cup in the room. We both have to take meds and we like water in the night. Shouldn't have to buy it! Breakfast was tasty but there was no bread when we had ours and it was cold. You shouldnt have to use a microwave to heat the food. There was no member of staff in the breakfast room and reception had a queue

Breakfast was excellent and the room was fine. The bed was comfortable and bathroom good with products supplied. The lifts were fully operational. The only downside was location. We arrived at hotel at 4.45 am after delayed flight from Rhodes. Very dark around the building and we struggled to find entrance. We both felt anxious and not safe as area a bit run down and youths hanging around car park. We were relieved to enter hotel but worried car may be damaged or broken into but it was fine thankfully.

Location worried us as we both have multiple sclerosis and felt vulnerable getting from car park into hotel. Security guy on desk was reassuring and helpful

I sometimes need to fly from Luton relatively early in the day, and rather than get up in the middle of the night and travel to the airport from the south coast I prefer to wake up close to the airport. Offsetting a cheap flight with the added expense of a night here has become a regular occurence. It's usually possible to get a room for a good price, which, combined with the free 24-hour tea and coffee in reception and the excellent fried breakfast, makes spending the night here a no-brainer. It's also just round the corner from the train station, and is located right next to a large shopping centre where you can get really good Turkish and/or Asian food the night before the flight.

If you've never stayed here before, finding the entrance is complicated to say the least. A couple of signs in the nearby streets would be a great addition.

Location is what made us book and we weren't disappointed. Room was small and basic but very comfortable. The price reflects this so overall we were happy with our stay.

When we arrived there was a terrible smell in the lobby but after a few minutes we noticed the staff trying to sort it. We checked in but the room was wrong so had to come back down and get sorted. Not ideal after traveling especially with a child. But the man on reception was lovely very apologetic. Breakfast was chaotic both mornings to get a table. We had to stand the first morning the food basic but filled a gap

I'd booked a single room for one night. The room was very light and bright, in green and grey colours as in the photo. There was enough space for one person. The room initially had a window open for airing and had a fan, which helped a lot as it was hot at the time. There was a wide and flat TV, with a large number of channels (what especially pleased me, as a foreigner, English subtitles were already set up). The bedroom and bathroom were clean. I had enough towels. There were many sockets for charging. Very good price for a day, an hour by train to the center of London and a few minutes to the nearest airport, Luton. P.S. funny stickers with the rules of conduct in the room and various notifications.

The bed was quite hard, but maybe someone likes it. There were no disposable slippers. There wasn't a tube of toothpaste (although there were some shampoo, soap and shower gel). I had breakfast included. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6 a.m., but it had to wait another 15 minutes. Unfortunately, I could not rate it, as I was in a hurry.

I specifically liked everything. I checked in after midnight, was very easily received, no tedious procedures, the staff was very nice. The following morning as the reservation was for two people and my daughter who lives nearby, arrived to have breakfast and spend time with me, there was no fussy situations and her hotel card was instantly issued. We spent the morning at the lounge watching the coronation ceremony, the staff and the place were both impeccable. We did purchase some drinks out of courtesy for the hospitality being offered but it was more than obvious that we were welcome and there was no need for anything. Excellent value for the money paid and even more.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast variety was good and everything was cooked nicely. Rooms were clean and well kept and nicely stocked with towels.

We had two rooms and in one the TV wasn't working properly and after letting reception know they said they would sort it out but it still didn't work for the duration of our stay. You have to get down to breakfast very early to get bacon as on the first morning we got down around 8am and it was all gone and no more came out.

Great Hospitality.
