We stopped off in Luton on our way between airports and it was a great surprise. The folks at the hotel are very nice, the room was clean and the building has a lot of character. The terrace outside our room was a bonus and the view interesting – there were lots of trees but also the area is a transportation nexus with planes flying in and out of Luton Airport, trains passing by and in the distance a busy motorway. Luton is interesting - we spent time in Wardown Park and at the Wardown House Museum. Downtown Luton is also fascinating and we had a fantastic dinner at the Afgani Karwan Restaurant. We’ll be back to Luton and the Leaside Hotel!

The hotel is a lovely historical building, and the room was nicer, and bigger, than I expected. The decor is fabulous and quirky, in the dining area. The hotel is very close to the railway station and Luton airport. The breakfast was delicious, and good value. There is a restaurant on site for lunch and dinners as well. The hotel was quite vibey in the evenings but no disturbance to the rooms. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Nothing of any significance - would be useful if the shower had a soap dish inside as it was outside and the door opened inwards, which was awkward. The milk for the tea and coffee wasn't nice - skimmed milk and had a funny taste. Pillows were ok but not the most comfortable. Neighbourhood wasn't scenic but the hotel is very convenient so that compensates.

Stayed here after my flight out of Luton got cancelled. After such as exhausting situation it was so nice to quickly check in here late at night and just crash - and the bed was super comfy and the place was super quiet. Was upgraded to a room with a terrace for free, which I didn't use unfortunately, but appreciated it nonetheless! I also missed breakfast, but they allowed me extra time before packing everything away and gave me a free latte - honestly so needed this after everything, so thank you! I had a full day to kill before heading back to the airport and lounging around in their restaurant doing work was really nice. They have a beautiful front patio, but unfortunately it had rained recently so it was too wet to use. But their indoor space is decorated all funky and is really cozy. Was a great place to chill out while I waited for the next flight! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and easy connections to the airport - and reasonably priced! Recommend.

I can not fault this hotel the slightest. The staff were very kind and welcoming . I travelled from the middlands to down south to attend a friends wedding. However, I needed early checking as the wedding started early and asked if this could be possible .. 24 hours before I received a phone call, and it was accepted.. on arrival, I was greeted with the other half. The room was nice, warm, and spacious, let alone the walk-in bathroom and shower. I will definitely be booking again in the near future when I come down south. 10/10

Can't fault this place the slightest !

We arrived very early as our plans changed suddenly. As we were struggling with our luggage the staff quickly came and grabbed our bags and brought them into the hotel for us. Our room was not ready since we were very early but they gave us an amazing tea service while we waited for them to get our rooms ready. They upgraded our rooms to suits which was wonderful. We ran into a hiccup with luggage storage and they offered to hold our extra luggage for 3 days while we traveled to Dublin. They went above and beyond for us. Dinner was amazing, portions were huge and delicious. We enjoyed our stayed very much. We will definitely stay again.

The bathroom was cold - I know it's Jan, but no rad doesn't help Room had a musty smell - later realised it's because smoking is allowed on the balcony from the bathroom Access to parking is along a narrow potholed lane with poor lighting Around the entrance to carpark, the supporting posts are very low and could be an issue coming in and out

The Leaside Hotel was our savior, when our flight was cancelled. By being kind, patient and incredibly helpful, the hotel staff made us forget all about the trouble with our flight. The rooms s are clean, stylish, and functional, and the hotel is best described as an oasis of tranquility in the rather 'special' town of Luton. As such, please give this hotel a chance, you won't be disappointed!

We have stayed here before so knew what to expect. Friendly, welcoming staff and a clean, well-kept hotel with very pleasant ambience.

I did not particularly like the room layout this time - there were steps in and out of both bedroom and bathroom which could present problems with anyone experiencing mobility or balance issues (or had too many....!)

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room even though listed as a budget was huge and even had a private balcony and the shower was huge. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us as it was so busy, even offered to move our room if we wanted. Fabulous customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Parking was very limited as it was a Luton home game, but we did manage to park. Struggled to get a drink due the the home fans, Bank Holiday and lovely weather, but the staff were exceptional and got us a complimentary drink and snack. Just check if Luton are at home before you arrive! Only other thing the hairdryer had a really short lead, but that is being picky.

the hotel itself is so lovely and so clean. the staff were excellent and couldn’t be more helpful from the moment we arrived to leaving. we ate there too and the food was amazing. very comfortable and clean room and was so close to town centre so we could walk in to have a look around. our room was so clean and comfortable and a great size . the outside seating area is so lovely and we was lucky enough to sit outside even though there was heaters and plenty of cover. the hotel was such a great find and will definitely stay again.
