This is a great value and very central hotel for a night...... Excellent service and friendly staff, it's a very central location is perfect for the station, shopping, bars and other amenities, parking on site also a bonus in the town centre, but its limited.

Let's be honest it's right in the middle of an industrial town sandwiched between 2 roads and a railway..... don't expect too much, it's clean, modern, has a nice bar area and is great value and central..... does what it says on the tin, but it's in Luton so keep expectations low and you'll be happy!

The breakfast we superb. Freshly cooked to order and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The room and facilities were spotless and beds/pillows really comfortable. Car parking was a great bonus and really easy and secure.

A big disturbance and inconsiderate guests next door - all night talking and laughing. Our door bell was rung at 5am. Finally after 2 attempts they were asked to leave by security. It really upset our sleep.

we were unaware that a £100 deposit per room was to be taken by card until 48 hours before our stay when i received an email. having to pay this on a card when checking in. what was really annoying it took me 6 days to get this money returned and only after i had made 3 phone calls and 2 text of complaint about this. i had paid £200 deposit for 2 rooms and in my opinion this is an unacceptable timeframe to return funds particularly as they were not detailed on the booking.com mobile app when i made this booking. if they wee they must have been well hidden. It is unbelieveable in this day and age that they can take your money to book the rooms in 6 seconds but take 6 days to return holding funds for which teh hotel tried to blame my bank.

The facility was elegant when I visited. One of the most immaculate hotels you'd find in Luton. Oh, the staff, in particular, were all lovely and friendly. The reception and the dining area are a masterpiece of art. My first impression of the hotel was that the owners took the time to put in the needed accessories and paid attention to the experience they were trying to create through the reception area. It was effortless walking to the Luton Mall and other places of interest. I recommend the facility to guests who seek to have a quiet stay at the heart of Luton.

The rooms were smaller than they appeared online. Well, need I say that almost all the other hotels and brands with larger rooms in other countries also had their room sizes reduced? I guess it's a thing with the United Kingdom and small size rooms.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, late night arrivals can still refresh at the late night lobby bar, morning fast check out and staff called the taxi, which arrived in minutes. All great.

"security £100 pounds" deposit seems to me over the top and outrages. Staff should be trained to asses the risk and recognise the 50 years old architect or businessman travelling single, from group of 20+ odd years old guys travelling for pis..up weekend...that is all I add to it.

Lovely, modern hotel located close to train station. Room and bathroom, both very clean. Extremely comfy bed and pillows. Nice design.

My partner has been charged £15 for a parking spot on the hotel's premises. We have not been informed in advance about it. The air conditioner was very noisy, so we couldn't use it. The room became quite hot, but we kept the window open.

Property is new, modern. A hotel was very clean and nice. location of the hotel is very good, it is 3 minutes walk from Luton railway station and you can get to London very easily. staff was polite and helped us with their tips. breakfast was delicious and fresh

Room was small, and the bed was short. If you need the fresh air in the room, ventilation wont help, open the window. the heater in bathroom didnt work

Lovely modern hotel -- room was on the small side but very well equipped and furnished , as was the bathroom. Coffee machine and kettle plus bottles of water . Very nice bedding and super comfortable bed and pillows. A special thanks and mention to the reception staff -- very friendly, helpful and kind.
