All the comforts and privacy of your own compact home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the location was very peaceful, quiet and had secure parking. All a very short distance from Mansfield town centre.

The smart tv was very difficult to control, there seemed to be a delay when using the remote which made it very difficult to use some functions.

The property is comfortable and cosy. You have all needed facilities here and it is situated in 10 walk to the city center, so you will have a wonderful stay. Also very important is that managers are always in touch and solve all your problems and enquiries. Thanks a lot!

We have stayed here before and like the fact you have a large apartment to use.

Communication with the manager could have been better as we had been moved to another room and he didn’t tell us where the key was. This was eventually resolved

Fresh, bright and clean.

There was a bad smell of drains in the bathroom. I think this is an issue with the apartment block itself and would encourage the landlord to contact the maintenance dept for the block. There was some salting to the bathroom wall which suggests there has been a leak in the bathroom or something is coming through from the property next door. It’s right next to the loo.

Location was handy for travelling to Thoresby park, cooking facilities were brilliant within the property and it was really quiet. This was a last minute booking due to another vendor ripping us off, personally I wouldn’t suggest it for families (we had a 4 year old with us) due to the glass furniture and open plan kitchen but we were very grateful to be able to stay here.

Had to clean the bath before we were able to use it as it had some sort of grubby coating from the last user that made the water dirty. Loose bits of food around the apartment & the kitchen sink also had quite a bit of old food inside it. Loft space hatch wasn’t properly closed on our arrival so it fell open late one night. Was a bit awkward to get it back closed.

The property was very modern and clean. Everything that you’d need for a few days away. Wifi was also available. Beds and the sofa bed were extremely comfortable. Even had messages from the owners whilst there to check all was in order. Only thing I can comment on was there were 3 of us and only towels for two people were available- but I had brought my camping towels so we managed. The lamp still requires a bulb ( this was mentioned in a previous review by another visitor). I actually bought one for it from the local shop nearby but after rushing having taken a phone call I ended up leaving one carrier bag in the shop and so it still requires one. That said the property was lovely and comfy and we have already said we would love to stay again in the future. A lovely stay thank you.

Really struggled with the key code system even though I have used them many times before. Came very close to contacting the owners for assistance but we managed in the end. Access into the communal entrance was also difficult. Didn’t seem to match the instructions we were given however we were let in by neighbours and the access remained unlocked.

Good size rooms with comfortable living space. Secure door entry system with allocated parking.

Shower screen over bath fixed shut, made getting in/out different as you had to use the slop area at end of bath. Hand rail needed. No cereal bowls, just kids small plastic ones. Needs some small personal touches, mirrors in bedroom, loo roll holders etc. Very minor complaints really.

Excellent location and short walk to shopping facilities. Also centrally located so we could visit family and friends. Large apartment that is value for money.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. it was very spacious, well equipped and in a quiet location. it was a relatively short and easy walk into the Town.

This is probably outside of owners control but outside the main door was a bit untidy.
