Pretty good But dinner was difficult. I cannot eat seeds nuts or hard rice There was nothing on the menu I could safely eat I had the chicken and rice but it had wild rice through it. They did ask me if I had allergies but theses are not allergies. I have diverticular disease and seeds etc can lodge in your gut cause infection etc I should have asked for something simple but I didn’t know if the menu could be changed.

The staff were very helpful There was no lift in my part of the building All staff were really helpful and polite

The location and the spa, they were wonderful.

Continental breakfast was very poor, we paid £200 for one night and they wanted extra for a cooked breakfast.

It fully exceeded the expectations of the engineers and were very happy with the stay. They were staying to work night shift at a plant near you. They fully made use of the pool facilities to relax ready for the night ahead.

Breakfast choices weren't what they expected. Maybe offering an english breakfast could've been an option, or even a bacon roll. All the same, they didn't starve, and the food that was offered was of a high standard.

This is the second time I've stayed for work purposes and it was a lot better this time. Room was comfortable and clean with nice countryside views. Facilities are good. The gym is a lot better than most hotel gyms. Spa facilities are decent. Staff friendly. Food good. I also received complimentary flip flops, robe and bag. I got to keep the bag and flip flops which I thought was a nice touch.

Dinner was excellent , 3 courses. Breakfast on the desk was basic but sufficient for me. The massage and facial was very good I liked being able to walk in the grounds

The cleaner was banging around in the corridor for a good few hours. I’m guessing the cleaners cupboard was close to the room, Not enough places to sit around the pool.

Lovely venue as Gluten and dairy free there was a great choice of options - I had 3 courses, staff need more training on the dishes on menu - I asked what the vegan dessert was made of, and the server could not answer, and made no effort to speak to the kitchen to confirm

Lack of labelling at breakfast time of allergen items were labelled but no information on allergens was readily available. i would have like the option to have a hot option bacon/poached egg (did not mind paying) but no menu was available not sure if available

The hotel is very nicely located, there is a lot of green around, some animals too. Everything looks very fancy. I also left early, so the staff provided me with take-out breakfast (a big plus for the staff). There were even vegan options inside - this was very nice. If you have more time, you would surely find some more things to like, like a gym or swimming pool. I would definitely stay there again.

I used the accommodation as a base. The breakfast was lovely with a great choice and the dinners were excellent too.

I did not like the light pollution in the bedroom. There was a blue Led light in the bathroom and then the safety light in the hallway shone bright green. This made the room really light. Can anything be done to either dim or black these out. I found it very annoying.

The staff were amazing and there was a staff member called Mike who worked the night shift who was just amazing he was not only committed to do his job but showed he’s invested in the customers and made me feel so comfortable and I really appreciate it.

Large clean room. Excellent spa facilities. Good healthy breakfast.

Treatments were very expensive. 10 am check out was rigid and if you overstay a further charge of £55 is added. The spa is missing some business here as I would have booked a treatment before I left but was not prepared to pay for a whole day stay in order to do so. There was no shower in the pool area, so unless you walked back to the changing room, you could not shower after using the sauna and going into the pool. Made me imagine lots of sweat in the jet and swimming pool, nice!
