We stayed in a room with ensuite. The bathroom looked to have only recently been decorated, it was very clean. We used the shared kitchen in the morning to make some sandwiches. The kitchen had everything we needed. Check-in was easy and we were given a door code to get into the building and room. There was a private drive for parking.

The room was quite small but it was still ok for one night. The walls were quite thin so we could hear other guests who had music on.

The house was well located for where I was visiting, Bike Park Wales. The kitchen was well equipped and secure store very useful.

The twin room was very cramped and the shower was in the room itself. It was ok for 1 person but if my friend had come as planned it'd be difficult to get 2 of us and bags in the room. The mattress was well worn and the hostel was a bit rough around the edges.

Clean and spacious bunkhouse. My twin room was small but really nice and well arranged, with the pro of having my own ensuite loo and shower, kettle and tea/coffee provided, and the possibility of availing of the well equipped shared kitchen facilities. Parking just in front of the house is really handy. Although the property is not staffed, the staff sent me messages with all the details on how to access it and the house rules and replied promptly to my queries.

A few more hooks to hang clothes in the room would be handy.

Really enjoyed my stay at Celtic House. The fully equipped kitchen was great for cooking a meal instead of eating out. Handy place to wash and dry your dirty clothes after a day of hiking nearby.

Maybe try and get an aerial so guests can watch TV. Fix one of the radiators in the lounge as it wasn't working. Food left by previous guests in the fridge should probably be cleared out before new guests arrive. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay here.

We had a super stay at the Celtic Bunkhouse. The bathroom was great and a well equipped kitchen. The street was very quiet. And it was a great location to be outside and see the hill nearby and stroll to the very near and well stocked local shops and takeaway.

The room had lots of spiders, at least one in each corner. And the room could benefit from a lamp or small light.

the shared facilities were spotless and on the hottest day of the year it was nice and cool. the room was clean and the bed was very comfy.

the shower head requires a little bit of TLC in regards to cleaning and there’s one pillow per bed but this wouldn’t put me off staying here again

Great position relatively close to the Brecon Beacons. Fast check in with codes. Fantastic shared large kitchen with everything you need.

The room was way too bright, the curtains were absent and it was very noisy. You could hear every sound from everyone in the other rooms.

The self check-in is great as there's no need to worry about arrival time. The rooms and toilet were very clean. The parking space was very convenient.

The only negative thing are the noisy bunk beds. The beds make screeching loud noises when you turn whilst laying on the bed
