Ideal for those who like to stay in a fairly remote farming country area with little habitation or urbanism within a 20 minutes drive. Our accommodation included its own 2 person hot tub - lovely. Location is reasonably close to 2 National Trust houses and some other NT parklands or woodlands. For country lovers it would be eminently suitable. Also a reasonable drive to Cromer.

Nothing serious to warrant a mention. Owners were very pleasant and accommodating. Not a complaint in any way - just it’s good to know to bring your favorite supplies of food and drink with you as it’s a slog to the nearest minimart or fuel station and opening hours are not what city folk would be used to!!

Quiet location, not crowded and plenty of space around to walk dogs (we have 2).

Whilst the accommodation was well appointed, it had a tired feeling about it. The bathroom in particular needed some refurbishment. It is described as a ‘wet room’’ and that is because it is!! The shower leaked continually splashing the surrounding floor - the bath mat was sodden on day one and never dried out. Also, the towels needed replacement. They were obviously old, stained and had a faint smell. We just got the impression that the whole complex - which had a lot to commend it - needs refreshing.

The location is very remote, perfect for a relaxing, away from it all break. The suite we stayed in was lovely, very clean with everything you need. Contact and information from the owner was very good prior to arrival. Had a great nights sleep in the very comfortable king bed. Suite is very well equipped with everything you need.

The Wifi situation is not good, we could not connect to any of it and that's with vodafone (which the property says has the best chance!) and there is zero phone signal. While it is good to have a complete break from all of that, I was just concerned that in an emergency you could not contact / be contacted. Do your research on places to eat / get food before you go as we struggled once there and we had torrential rain which made driving round trying to find somewhere even more difficult. We ended up having our breakfast for our evening meal :-(

Quiet setting, easy accessible coast and places to visit, walk etc. Good hosts relaxing 😌 Good facilities eg kitchen outside courtyard enjoyed rural location and good pubs for food nearby eg three horseshoes

It was ideal for short break, limited seating area for longer stay and no doubt many could find things to complain about but not us!! (why do people moan so much in reviews about petty things ?? ) But if you are easy going then it's a great little place and would happily recommend and use again 😀

Beautiful clean cottage, much bigger than the pictures appear. Super comfy bed and lovely hot tub perfect for relaxing in the evening. Very peaceful area but close to holt by car for any shopping you might need. Didnt want to leave.

Some of the things listed weren't available such as toiletries cd/dvd player. No phone signal or Internet access but was actually lovely not to be connected for a couple of days.

Accommodation was excellent and hosts were helpful and un intrusive.

Location is hard to find. We were using phone navigation but lost the signal near the property. Sat nav only works on postcode which is shared by several properties. Breakfast was continental which I didn’t know. The price of £9 per person each day was far to expensive for what was on offer. I assumed it was a cooked breakfast for that price.

I was just expecting a bedroom rather than a lovely lounge /dining room as well. It was lovely and warm and welcoming once we got in. Plenty of room to spread out even though we were hardly there except to sleep.

I didnt like the fact that the bathroom had no ceiling. Also, when we arrived there was no one at reception or indeed any signs to say where to go. We stood in the cold for 20 minutes before anyone let us in and that was after asking twice. Probably my mistake but I thought we would be going to a dining room for a served breakfast with the option of something cooked.

loved the comfortable living space, and decor

access roads not a dislike but a comment. bearing in mind the remote location, a dishwasher would have been more helpful than the washing machine a broom would have been helpful

I loved the place, the room was very confortable and big. We could put our son to sleep in the room and pass sometimes in the small kitchen. The owner was very kind and helpful, I really recommend the place. The place is less than 30 minutes from Blakeney.

The road to reach the area is a very narrow countryside road and we are not really used to drive on those kind of roads. But honestly I do not discard to visit "The Orangery" again, it is a very nice place.

All self contained with bedroom/lounge, shower/toilet, kitchenette complete with microwave, kettle, toaster and all utensils and cutlery. A simple breakfast including tea/coffee, orange juice, sliced bread, butter, jams which you can make up at your leisure. Fairly secure with code operated gates, plenty of room to park the car.

Location - not easy to find especially in the dark and rain, at the end of a number of muddy, single track roads. Could be better signposted and better lit up.
