Neil and Sharon made us very welcome right from the start. The bedroom and ensuite had everything we could wish for and the shower was lovely and hot with scented toiletries supplied. For breakfast Neil very kindly specially purchased gluten free and diary free items for me which was much appreciated. The breakfast was amazing with a colourful fresh fruit platter, cereals and a cooked breakfast provided and at a time which we could choose. Neil and Sharon chatted to us every day which added to our holiday enjoyment. The location was excellent and central to places we wanted to visit- Norwich, Cromer, Kings Lynn, nearby National Trust and English Heritage places.

We had a lovely week at the Old Vicarage B&B. The whole house was a lovely classic building over 100 years old. The location was lovely and quiet in the depths of Norfolk. We came here for the New Dawn Pilgrimage to Walsingham, and the Old Vicarage was around 30 minutes away from the Walsingham Basilica. There was easy access by road to the Norfolk Broads and to the sea coast. Our host was wonderful, with many anecdotes of life in the wilds of Norfolk. He was very informative about places to visit and sights to see. The bedroom very pleasant, with good views of countryside. The whole house was very clean and pleasant, with a large lounge / Dining room with plenty of books and conversations
We had no problems with anything. We would like to return again

The breakfast was great, as we were able to chose what we would like and it was all cooked fresh from local products. The location was ideal as we were planing to see friends in a near by village and we were able to travel to many other areas of Norfolk. Car is essential for this location.
Very little,. Another towel would have been useful, but I could have asked for another one if I wanted to and I am sure it would have been provided.

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more - this was perfect for a weekend getaway. Our room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed and en-suite facilities (great water pressure from the shower). The full cooked breakfasts were delicious (make sure to try the sausage), and Neil is an exemplar of warm and kind hospitality.
None - our stay was wonderful.

Excellent hosts, friendly and welcoming. After an operation, I was on crutches but the hosts did everything they could to make our stay easy and safe for me. Delicious breakfast with several choices.
There is nothing to mention. The accommodation is set in very nice grounds and is spacious, well equipped and comfortable.

Neil was a very attentive host, nothing was too much trouble and he has great local knowledge. Rural location was very peaceful if you are looking for a hideaway. Bed and room very comfortable and breakfasts were delicious. Easy access to coastal areas by car and lots of little roads to explore if you fancy driving off the main roads. Would recommend and when in the area again will be coming back.
Not the easiest to find, maybe a bigger sign would help otherwise everything else perfect for those looking to retreat from stress of city life.

Neil acted as reception, housekeeper and cook throughout and was very friendly and chatty. He made us welcome despite arriving an hour earlier than stated and soon had our room ready for occupation. If you are a dog lover, then you will adore Daisy and if you aren't then she is still a lovely, docile one-off. Our best wishes to Neil, Sharon and Molly and hopefully we will be able to book there in the future.
