Got all the basics you’d expected in a hotel — kettle & coffee/tea, phone, desk area and decent bathroom. Was nicely decorated too, as was the lobby, bar and hallways. The TV had a lot of channels as well as the option to stream your own content which was a nice plus! We only stayed for one night so we didn’t interact with the staff too much other than check in but they were absolutely lovely when we did speak to them. Shower was lovely and comes with shower gel, conditioners and shampoo.

The room was very tired looking in certain areas (peeling wallpaper under the television and the toilet was cleaned but still had a build up grime in it) and the coffee table wasn’t usable as it was too wobbly. Could definitely do with a little TLC. It was also very cramped considering the price we paid and that it’s not in central London.

Loved the decoration, the cleanliness of the bedding, quality and size of the towels and the size of the room. We asked if we could have twin beds and you provided them 😀.

The door of shower cubicle did not close properly and the seal was missing from the bottom of the fixed panel so the water leaked onto the floor (room 303). The shelf under the sink where the towels were stored was loose so could not be used to store any toiletries. More shelf space would be helpful in the bathroom and a mirror and better light above the desk area.

The room was clean and modern, the bathroom and shower stall were super clean and spacious, and I liked the amenities offered such as coffee and tea in the room, and then shower gel, shower cap, and other ammenities in the bathroom. Well illuminated room as well, with mirrors both in the bathroom and in front of the closet. I liked that there was a safe and hangers available. The bed was comfy with perfect amount of pillows, and the duvet was warm. Good distance from the O2 arena, with a bus stop just round the corner to get to the venue and the tube station that is right by the O2. Great value for money.

My window seemed to not really close all the way even when it latched. So i think the noise reduction wasn't as good as it could've been because of this, as well as maybe making the room maybe tad bit colder but not terribly so. It wasn't a massive gap, but it wasn't flush against the window frame.

We really liked the modern hotel interior. Really loved our room with views both sides and you could see the O2 ! .Very comfortable bed .We couldn't work the heating and someone came straight away sorry I didnt ask his name . A special mention to the lovely Chathu on reception who couldnt be more friendly or helpful She is a Star . The breakfast choice of food was brilliant and the hot food nice and hot .thank you

Nothing really ,except we didnt have cold water in the bathroom basin, but again a helpful young man came straight away at 7am with 2 bottles of water for us .

Located close to the O2 which was the purpose of our stay. Rooms were modern and clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Our tv didn’t work which took about an hour to resolve with it needing to be completely replaced. This was done as quickly as possible but meant we had 2 repair guys in and out of our room. This was after we needed to wait about 30 mins for a room to become available to check into (despite us being well after check in time). While the location is good expect to walk some off the main road streets which at night time felt less than safe in the dark.

I arrived around 01.15hrs in the morning after a very exhausting day. I felt immediately at home with a very helpful smiling gentleman behind reception who was very efficient with my registration to sign and key waiting. ( comparing this to many other hotel chains I stay at, this was so refreshing hence wishing to complete your survey) It continued when I asked for food and drink where he immediately considered my tiredness and hunger and though the room service had stopped, he found me some food to eat. Again. Lateral thinking these days are so unusual, I was so impressed. I cannot thank you enough. Please pass on my thanks to the staff but also the management who obviously ensure the staff are trained etc.

If I had to put anything negative here. I would put that some sort of over night food. ( not snacks) could be considered.

I stayed here for an event at the O2 arena. The hotel is a 15 minute walk away, which is about as close a you can get. The room was a reasonable size with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was included in my booking, with a good selection of hot and cold food. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel bar is just a lounge area in front of reception, and didn't feel particularly cozy. Not a big issue though. The walk to the O2 is through deserted, poorly lit streets - it didn't bother me but some people might not feel too safe at night.

Stayed 1 night as a base for a gig I attended at the o2 arena. This hotel is a 20 minute walk from the arena, or 15 if you go at a brisk pace. The walk isn't ideal with a few back roads and alleys but I found the route to be so busy with other people walking to and from the concert I felt safe enough. Room was small but clean with a comfortable bed. Fridge was useful as was the coffee machine. Managed to screencast Disney+ on the television from my phone.

My room was on the third floor and was exceptionally warm. There was a thermostat in the room which said it was set to 17c but not once did I feel the aircon actually come on. I opted to leaving the windows open all night which with some earplugs for the noise did the trick well enough.

The hotel is modern and clean

We used the hotel as a base for the 02. It really isn’t suitable to walk back and forth, the roads around the hotel are quite dangerous with heavy traffic and due to major road works a lot of the footpaths are closed off leaving you walking at the side of the road. It is also about a 30 minute walk, we found getting Ubers to be easier. The air con in our room was not the best, might just be the room we were in as the air con in the reception was very good.

It was clean, air con, good facilities like a safe iron , interesting decor. I got parking from JustPark that was extremely close (search for tunnel avenue). There’s a bar and free water.

It is a bit further from the O2 / North Greenwich tube than I thought it was. My fault however as they do provide an address and I could have checked. There is a bus available to the o2 , 24/7 check tfl.gov.uk. you need an oyster or one contactless payment card per passenger £1.75 per journey. If there’s a few of you use an Uber. There’s plenty around. Or it’s a 15 minute walk. The site is surrounded by busy roads and it’s very much in the hinterland of the docklands / Blackwall tunnel / east London overflow infrastructure. It’s in a functional and not a romantic location. It’s safe enough area in my opinion.
