The apartment was lovely... 2 large bedrooms, with huge comfortable beds, a large living room and a well equipped kitchen. The hosts were great, friendly, helpful and understanding. Location was really good if you want to be away from the hussle & bussle of the big city. A quiet and peaceful location, still with supermarkets, many restaurants and shopping centres all within a 10 minute walk. Transport options are many... Light rail, subway and buses are all within 10 minutes walk. It was very convenient to get around. Overall couldn't have been happier with the apartment.

It was an ok apartment, not extravagant or luxurious but nice. It had a comfortable bed and a sofa that could be made as a bed also, 2 bathrooms ( one fully equiped the other with a toilet and sink) , a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bosh using tassimo capsules available, and a french press, a beautifull view over the river thames. Our host was wonderfull, very prompt ,always answering the phone if we had any questions. The apartment is in the heart of Canary Wharf an extraordinary futuristic neighbourhood, and it very close to the subways-the only way to travel properly 😁 ( 5 min to DLR, 15 minutes to elisabeth line and 10 min to the jubilee).for food u can go the the food truck market ( just a 10 minute walk) nice mexican, indian, greek and libanese street food, and if in the mood for more consistent types you have the canada place nearby.All in all great location, went here witb my father for a 7 day stay and we were satisfied with everything.

The apartment needs a little rifurbishment, a bit noisy in the weekend evenings ( but after all the walks in London too little of a bother...😊)

the location was superb, the environment was very nice and quite. the facility inside the apartment was very nice up to date kitchen was very nicely equipped. especially for us as a family. if I come to London again I would want to come back here. the host was also a nice and polite person

I liked everything about the facility outside the facility on the way to train station was not very clean but this has to do with mayor not the facility. few restaurants are near the facility which is very nice. the prices in these restaurants were reasonable.

Great location especially if you come to ABBA Voyage concert as we did. It's direct DLR line to the venue. Good place if the weather is hot - the building is right beside the water and the walkways are shadowed. Canary Wharf is 10 min walk - a lot of food and shops.

Everything is fine - no reason to complain. The price maybe... but it is London

The apartment was big and clean and the bed was very good. it was nice to come back in the afternoon/ evening in the quietness of Canary Wharf away from the busy city

it was very hot when we were in Londen and there was only one fan. the curtains should really be replaced. they were broken and not keeping out the light.

Very clean and well maintained.

Checking in was cumbersome, got there around 19:00, called the number provided someone answered and said they will be there in 30minutes. I had informed them that I was arriving around that time. We almost lost our restaurant booking where we had family waiting for us. Early morning someone entered the property at 08:00 and advised that we had to leave as she was the cleaner. We told her even though we stated we were leaving early we couldn't do so as we had a late night. She then had to call someone to verify, even though check out time was written as 11:00. Around 11:00 another lady came in and then requested 30 pounds for late check in. She also wanted this cash which we could not believe as we had been inconvenienced several times and cost for the night was very high.

The property was clean and well looked after. Two of us stayed in the property, sofa bed was used and was also comfortable. The location was good and close to facilities and a ten min walk from Canary Wharf. The hostess was very welcoming and could not do enough.

As they say London is the city that never sleeps, due to the heat at the time, we had the windows open so it was noisy due to some one having a part in one of the other flats. My own fault I did not ask about air con, the hostess did say she would have sorted it.

Centrallly located. Close to a train station. Tesco located at the corner. Comfortable. Very helpful and supportive staff. Great stay for my family.

No swimming pool or gym. Though a voucher for a gym was offered when requested. Would have expected to see more washing pods but didn’t bother asking.

the property is no more than a 5 minute walk from canary wharf station, we used it for the ateez concert at the o2 and it took no more than about 15 mins by uber to get there, it was very clean, there was clean towels in the shower, clean utensils in the kitchen, a big tv in the living room, good wifi

the only down side was the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the bedroom was roasting hot, we didn’t get much sleep, i think there was a way to turn down the heating but we didn’t want to muck around with it

Great price! Good apartment with plenty of spaces for the 3 of us that stayed and more. It was perfect to have the ensuite as well as the house bathroom, something that wasnt apparent from the description. The location is what it is. It's not central London but it's served by some of Londons best public transport. My companions loved the whole docklands highrise vibe.

No mirror in the second bedroom and the wardrobe in there has seen better days. We also couldn't find any scissors in the kitchen.
