Location was good for getting to and from O2, and room had amenities that were pleasant and all we needed. The room was really nice and cool during the heat which was such a relief. Staff were extremely friendly, helped us extend our checkout time for free and were really helpful when we bought some drinks after a long journey. The Cafe Rouge nbeing right next door was wonderful, often quiet when we popped down for breakfast at around 11am and had very friendly servers. I would highly recommend and it was a plus having it so close.

The shower temperature kept fluctuating between tepid and very hot... settled for a cool shower so it wouldnt scald! The lighting in the room and bathroom is a little dim. If applying makeup might be worth bringing a mirror to use by the window. On the downside the sound travels- our first night we were kept awake and felt unsettled by the noise we could hear of other travellers in the corridor and the sounds of people moving chairs above us from 10pm-1am. Other travellers had said the o2 is a 30min walk- be aware this was more like 50minutes, and the bus is a lot quicker and more convenient.

The hotel was excellent, everyone and everything was great, the only issue I've got is the restaurant Cafe Rouge. Hotel itself is located in a nice area, very friendly and welcoming. Very clean and nice rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. Good vibes and atmosphere.

Cafe Rouge, connected to the hotel, is not a great choice. If you pay for breakfast with your room, you pay more than you would have to spend when you buy breakfast independently and you get less. The staff at the Cafe Rouge is very nice and friendly but the food is far from good quality and tasty and the service looks like nobodycares. Very sad looking 1 egg, 1 slice of bacon, tiny pot of baked beans( 2 tablespoons)and 2 dry hash browns, cold coffee all for £15.50 Dinner or lunch is no better. They aspire to be a french restaurant, but the food and service are poor and not really worth the money. But still the staff is nice and friendly.

This is a good hotel in an excellent position, close to the church and within easy walking distance of all the sights of Greenwich. My room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. It was clean and so was the 'pod' bathroom. It was a hot night and the air conditioning worked. The cooked part of the breakfast was excellent and you can eat at 7 am on a Sunday which is rare in many hotels.

This is an expensive hotel. I appreciate that it is Greenwich which can get very full, especially if there is something on at the O2. My room had no chair and no real work space. There was a fixed padded bench. There was tea and coffee but no biscuits and that was fine for me. Breakfast was in Café Rouge and I don't know who owns that. There was natural yoghurt in cartons but no fruit salad just bananas and apples unpeeled. Pastries were plentiful and varied but there was only sliced white bread , obviously from a packet. Coffee came from a pump pot.

I thought the layout was really nice and super London. Very open spaced lobby, nice waiting area with a few seats and very friendly staff. One nice guy on the night shift helped me with my giant bag of food in the lift as I had no free hands!

Only thing I would say is the twin single beds are very small, I am not a large person and I found it to be far too small to sleep comfortably in, also the climate control didn’t really work and it was very warm in the room (granted it was 30 degrees that day which doesn’t happen very often) but I didn’t feel like it kicked in at any point in the night.

I had a great stay at this place. It was neat and tidy, and I had no problems getting around. The bus stop was just around the corner, and I could walk to the Thames River in less than 15 minutes. Seeing the water was nice, especially at sunset. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants convenient and comfortable accommodation in London.

The room had an air conditioner, but it was not very effective. It didn't lower the temperature much, but it still circulated some The room had an airconditioner, but it wasn't very effective. It only circulated the air, but didn't cool it down much. It was like having a big fan in the corner. I felt a bit warm, but not too uncomfortable. I thought about asking the manager for a better room, but I decided to relax and enjoy my stay. air. It was better than having no fan at all.

Hotel was in a prime location in Greenwich. Walking distance to the o2. Greenwich Park right on your door step, as well as Greenwich Market, and other sights seeing places. Hotel room was extremely clean, fresh , no faults at all. Front of house staff, very friendly, helpful and professional. Didn’t use buses but really good bus service. We came by train , London Bridge-underground-DLT. On checking out , we were told there is a train from Greenwich to London Bridge and takes 10 mins! So we git the themeslink train back to London Bridge. Amazing couple of days in Greenwich and will definitely stay at the Ibis again

No faults at all.

The room was clean and air conditioning worked well. The location was ideal for sightseeing, eating, shopping etc Closeness to Cafe Rouge was convenient. I was particularly impressed by reception staff, namely Devika, who went overboard to be helpful, courteous and kind.

I know it has nothing to do with your hotel, but breakfasts at the Cafe Rouge were disappointing. Twice I had to go elsewhere in Greenwich because there were too many delays through lack of staff. However, evening meals and lunches were good.

Ibis Greenwich is situated in the centre of all the food and markets and trendy spots. I really like the Cafe being joined onto it too with the seats outside. The staff are so attentive and kind and everything seems to easy. The room was nice and spotless and not too far from the entrance aswel as guest assess only so you feel safe☺️ A proper breakfast too!

I feel like where ever you go in London it’s going to have a slight stench but our toilet in room 222 off putting, still not awfully bad, the only thing I noticed really. Everything was perfectly clean.

The breakfast was healthy and good. The front desk staff was warm and helpful. I stayed at the hotel for 15 days and on the second day itself, on my request, the hotel happily upgraded me to their biggest room. The hotel is very conveniently located, within 500 meters from the national railway station, the DLR station, Greenwich Park, maritime museum, Cutty sark, Greenwich University. H

Most of the rooms are very small.

We stayed in Ibis Greenwich for our wedding! We actually live close by but our families were coming from abroad and it was more convenient for us all to say in the same hotel. The location is perfect, right in the very center if this super lovely part of Greenwich (a few mins walk from the Cutty Sark and the nearby food market) And big surprise! We had a very nice treat waiting for us in our hotel room (a very nice gesture organised by guest relation officer Devika Narula)
