It was close to restaurants and activities. Driving distance to everywhere. The staff were lovely, rooms were clean and looked after and breakfast was delicious too with great options.

My main one was the bed wasn’t comfortable at all for myself personally might just be my own preference on this. As well as this are room was connected onto some else’s which would be good if we were travelling with friends but whoever was in there kept pushing on the handle which was annoying. I think over all it was a lovely place just don’t think personally it was worth the amount I paid for it.

Rooms were large and we had booked ground floor rooms as two of group have mobility problems. Rooms were ideal for people with mobility issues. Ordering taxis was very easy and organised by receptionist. all staff were polite and helpful.

Tea and coffee supplies very poor not enough of anything had to ask for more. the bar area is not very inviting - all looks a bit like a canteen. breakfast was not hot and no where to put dirty plates - usually in other hotels there are racks. nobody was clearing away dirty plates. One room heard someone throwing up at 3.30am and loud talking kept them awake - frightened to go out and complain though as a woman on her own.

Great location for football stadium. Terrible for a visit to the city. Even though it is only 4 miles away, the taxis are almost non-existent regardless of time of day or night. We paid £15 to go into town at 11am and £24 to return at 2.30pm. At 7pm on a Saturday night, there were no taxis available at all. The hotel staff were extremely helpful in trying to arrange one, but we ended up giving up after using the Uber app as well as 6 other taxi firms. Within walking distance there is only a small cinema complex next door with a frankie and bennies.

We booked this only 2 days before travelling to Oxford and it DID NOT disappoint! The hotel looks brand new and spotlessly clean. We booked it as only 5km from City Centre. Little did we know it is in the site of bowling alley, bar, cinema etc. So after a lovely day shopping and dining in Oxford we had a couple of games of bowling with our daughter within walking distance of the hotel. Staff were lovely and friendly and the hot breakfast included in the morning was a welcome surprise. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying again. Thank you!

1/ Breakfast. No variety and the same breakfast at all days (I stayed for one week and it was too much eating the same thing / over and over). May be an idea that the hotel can serve room breakfast staying longer to bring in some food variety 2/ Payment. I booked the hotel on Booking.com and at the time I booked, the price currency was displayed in EUR and not GBP, so I did not consider any currency fluctuation which was very disappointing from your booking side as this was not mentioned anywhere. Eventually I had to pay about 70 euro extra as a currency depreciation against EUR. An experience which I would probably not repeat on booking.com as I need to fee secured and certain about the price agreed with booking.com as a binding contract.

The breakfast was Great.. another of variety..layer out well.. area very clean and tidy.. staff fantastic offering help constantly.. always on hand if needed..and checking the food.. and tables.. staff very polite helpful and respectful..nothing was too much for them.. they were always smiling too.. Everything about the hotel was fantastic.. We didn't want too leave.. We liked everything and all staff.. also the hotel was immaculately clean everywhere.. Thankyou🙂

Nice business class hotel with all the comforts and amenities of a modern hotel. Nice functional bathroom, roomy shower, working air conditioner, large-ish room. They have a bar. Breakfast was pretty decent. A welcome respite after all the 'charming' little hotels in England.

A bit of a drive into Oxford city, 15 minutes. Not much nearby the hotel in regards to restaurants, etc. Windows didn't open, and our view was of a dumpster.

Excellent choice available for hot breakfast, also cereals, juices, tea, coffee, croissants, toast and fruit etc. A very comprehensive choice which suited all members of our family group (5 adults, 3 children and infant) It set us up for busy days in and around Oxford. The location also suited us fine and with Free WiFi, Car Parking and the breakfast together with very helpful and friendly staff, all in all it was a very successful visit and stay. The interconnecting rooms were a bonus for our family. The pizza etc offered in the bar menu was a much needed tasty snack after our late arrival and long journey. Nothing, the accommodation met all our expectations and requirements.

Breakfast is complimentary, it's self serve from a little annex. It was all you care to enjoy and very good (I loved making my own waffles). Breakfast was a wonderful added value moment and is the exact reason I'd stay here again over competitors. It was very close to an entertainment park (you could walk) with a Frankie and Bennies, Arcades, Bowling and Mini Golf which was nice. The AC worked exceptionally well and the beds were comfy.

The room was a little run down, the lock on the bathroom door was hanging off and we had to discard our first lot of towels as they were covered in hair.

The hotel rooms were bright and clean. Staff were friendly and when we needed to change our booking they were happy to accommodate without incurring additional charges, which was appreciated. There was plenty of free parking available that was monitored by CCTV.

Unfortunately, there was no restaurant available. The hotel is adjacent to a Cinema that does have a couple of places to eat. A buffet breakfast was provided with a wide variety of cooked and continental style foods.
