- Excellent location for work trips to the Oxford Science Park - it's just a 10-15min walk there - The staff are all very friendly and super helpful, for example providing cutlery for food takeout, or newspaper to dry my shoes - hangers and an ironing board in room - Appreciated the vegan options at breakfast! - Gym was basic but well equipped too, had everything I needed - To get to Oxford city center, there are 2 different bus lines in short walking distance

This is not the hotel's fault at all, but there is limited options for restaurants, groceries etc. around. When there's been a match in the stadium, it's near impossible to get a cab or the bus. For the hotel itself, putting up a trash can near the entrance would be great, unfortunately some other guests are leaving trash around, making an unclean impression, which is a pity. Also, there's no toilet brush!

Facilities are great and comfortable, location is good. Close enough to Oxford if you have transportation. Looks like new or recently refurbished. Was pretty clean. Staff from check-in and check-out were friendly. Some dairy free options in breakfast (butter-spread and milk)

Was hoping breakfast would be way better for a Hilton hotel. We’ve been to another hotel (from a different chain) in oxford before and breakfast offered was far superior. Only fruits I could offer to my baby were on a fruit salad. Hot dishes were limited to bacon, sausage (regular and vegan), and cold scrambled eggs. They don’t offer other options done in the kitchen such as different preparation pf eggs. Staff in breakfast area seemed lost and/or not able to communicate in english.

Room: The room was clean and easily accessible, being located on the ground floor. Staff: The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay pleasant. Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. Dining Area: The dining area was lovely and clean, providing a comfortable environment to enjoy meals.

Restaurant Hours: It would have been nice if the restaurant stayed open a little later. We arrived around 9 PM and had to order in, which was convenient, but I would have liked to sample some of the hotel’s restaurant food. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend this hotel, especially if the restaurant hours could be extended.

Very pleasant and efficient greeting by the male receptionist. He made us all feel very welcomed and congratulated my son on his University graduation. it was a lovely touch to a very special day. Our request for a quiet room was fulfilled with out any issue by the receptionist when I telephoned that morning and they were able to also accommodate our wishes for an early check in which I had to amend later, but this was dealt with politely and efficiently.

The waitress clearing dishes from our breakfast table during our breakfast whilst we were still eating, without asking. My husbands plate was removed when it was not finished with, only left whilst he went to the buffet bar to get a drink. This meant we could not have a relaxing meal, enjoy our food and the company of our friends. We had to wait for more vegetarian food to be cooked which added to a disjointed meal sitting. The bed was very close to the wall, with little space to get in and out of it on that side.

Comfortable hotel in a great location both for the football ground and buses to the City Centre. Breakfast decent and staff welcoming despite being busy. Reception (and bar!) appeared to be available 24hrs.

Rather pricey for what it is, but then Oxford is pricey. We were unable to regulate the temperature in the bedroom, which was a bit too hot for us. I do have a petty complaint but it really winds me up! Please - if breakfast croissants run out half an hour before breakfast finishes, put some more out. They probably only cost you pennies!

Cleanliness above average. Staff were friendly especially at reception. Room is cosy and size just nice for couple. Admired the space efficient design of the room. Shower was strong and cubicle large enough. Aircond was cool and pleasant especially in the summer.

Breakfast was average if not slightly under. Sausages were a bit too dry and salty. Scrambled eggs were bland and too dry. A larger variety of pastries would have scored more points, but the chocolate muffin was pleasantly rich. Neighbour room door closures were a bit too loud leaving a rude awakening especially early mornings.

It was clean and tidy. I had an issue in the shower. There was a soap dish directly under the shower. I bent down to retrieve my shampoo and hit my head on a sharp edge. I sustained a cut and haematoma. It's my fault for poor observation. However, for individuals who have sight issues. This could be a problem. I personally would move it over to the side where your supply of soap and shampoo are. We did advise reception and apologise for the bloody towel. We did not want to compromise staff health and safety.

Excellent breakfast options, appreciated details of gluten-free items on display (and a staff member checked for me), and the best selection of milk options we've experienced at a hotel (dairy, oat, soya). The selection of breakfast foods and the options for different diets exceeded expectations. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very useful to be able to have 3 adults to a room for a family group. Having iron and ironing board in room was also helpful (and much more convenient than having to go to reception to request them), because purpose of our visit was to attend a formal function and it meant we could iron clothing the night before.

Were we staying longer, the amount of clothes hanging space might have felt a bit cramped; but we found it fine for a short stay. Liked the bathroom, but a couple more hooks in there for dressing gown/towels would be great.

The staff gave us a very warm welcome, which is something that you are always looking for in a hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and I want to also acknowledge the chefs, who provided us with a brilliant breakfast, which was far above our expectations. In terms of the cleanliness, I can say nothing but good things. The food hygiene was excellent, the rooms were clean and the lavatories were spotless. I want to thank the staff again for a wonderful stay, and we will most definitely be visiting this great hotel again.

Fantastic

The first thing I was impressed with was the good size carpark, with plenty of space for my large car. Very friendly and attentive staff. Great room, very comfortable bed and excellent shower. Good selection for breakfast and would definitely stay again if in the area.

Didn’t realise evening meals weren’t served in the hotel when booking as I booked purely for its location. There was however a choice of restaurants on the same industrial park but they were very busy if you like things a little quieter.
