Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Facilities are great with a lovely pool and beautiful gardens along the river. Red Bridge Park and Ride is only a few minutes away and a great way to get in and out of Oxford.

Only disappointment with the hotel is that it advertises it has three electric car charging points, and to be honest it was the only reason I booked this hotel, but when we got to the hotel, we find it is only three external ‘three point sockets’. There is no electric car charging. Bit of a misrepresentation.

We loved everything about our Stay at Voco. The Canadian Staff member that greeted us upon our arrival was so lovely. She gave detail on our room and information on the area. We had dinner at the Hotel Restaurant and that was an amazing dining experience. The food was delicious and the plating was incredible, this kept us guessing what was hidden inside the amazing presentation of all the ingredients. The views outside whilst dining were also breath taking, the River Thames with Swans , flora and fauna was very picturesque. The rooms and facilities were clean and tidy with many extras added. I would highly recommend a stay here.

This is a beautiful place in a magical location. It's been really tastefully and ecologically renovated, combining the medieval and modern effortlessly. The staff seem to really like working there and are cheerful and incredibly helpful. I went there for work, but came back so refreshed - having a delicious breakfast looking out over the misty river, enjoying a spacious and peaceful room with great views, luxuriating in the pool and sauna - it's a special place.

Work meant I had to eat room service every night, and I think the dinner menu needs work compared to the breakfast menu. It would be fine for a couple of nights but for a 7 night stay I struggled to find things I wanted to eat. It could do with the same imaginative touch that has been given to the building itself.

Spacious room which is great! Stayed in one of their Superior rooms. Breakfast was great! a good selection of food options. Aija; front of house receptionist was exceptional! consistent, pleasant, communicative. I stayed 2 nights.. She would make a great Manager or Team Leader! Worth considering her if an opportunity arose. Restaurant staff were pleasant and polite. Spa treatment was relaxing.

The bar staff could have been more attentive. I wanted to enquire regarding the bar menu but staff were busy clearing bottles with little attention given. In the end, left in without ordering the food. Not a criticism but something worth thinking about. I slipped in the bathroom although it wasn’t catastrophic, it could have been. I would suggest an anti slip mat is made available in the bathroom.

The excellent large bedroom with spacious seating area for TV viewing. Pleasant view. Excellent location with extensive grounds going down to the Thames River. tennis court in the grounds and a good sized inside swimming pool. There was also a gym and sauna. I am not a breakfast person but my husband enjoyed the croissants and hot breakfast buffet ( small containers which were re-filled when necessary so the hot food had not been sitting there for hours) I would have liked more prepared fresh food salad (apple, pear, fresh oranges, grapefruit plus seasonal fruit. The melon was tasteless and too hard to cut. I prefer cafetieres for coffee rather than self service machines and more interesting bread.

From the moment drove down the driveway we knew we were in for a real treat. The check-in was seamless and they acknowledged that we were celebrating a birthday. The room itself was spectacular. We had a view of the meadow which was a very tranquil addition to our stay. The attention to detail was impeccable.We took full advantage of the swimming pool, sauna and steam room which just added to overall sense of relaxation. We ate dinner in Napiers restaurant. The food was a taste sensation and was nothing short of a gastronomic masterpiece. We went to bed very happy and pleasantly full. Breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we've had. The service at the hotel is absolutely flawless and we can't wait to visit again very soon. Thank you to the team for a memorable stay.

Everything was simply perfect.

Beautiful location on Thames outside Oxford and an easy taxi trip into city centre. old buildings ate joined together with modern rooms. I believe there is a riverside footpath into Oxford. There is a glorious pool, steam room, sauna and gym. Warm weather seating in the gardens would add to the pleasure.

At night, the dining room was drab. It has beige curtains and carpet, white walls and utilitarian equipment for breakfast service. It comes to life in daylight thanks to the garden and river views. The cuisine was uneven: boring crab cakes and unexceptional duck, but delicious griddled asparagus with a perfect poached egg. The panacotta and sorbet were unremarkable. Our New Zealand Chardonnay was excellent. Breakfast was a stunner! There was a splendid array from fruits to smoked salmon and pickled herring to eggs, etc. and a selection of breads and pastries.

Charming architecture consisting of sympathetically restored stone buildings along with new buildings in keeping. The reception and bar area are in an old barn which is particularly wonderful. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was very good from both the restaurant and the bar.

The shower was over the bath, rather than being separate, making it slightly awkward to manoeuvre. Paid parking has been introduced, including for residents. Unfortunately, no access to the river path which is on the other bank.

Wow this hotel is amazing. It's set in beautiful grounds, very clean, spacious, modern. The buildings are cotswold stone, there are lots of different areas to sit in or out. It's right on the river. We took our dog and it was ideal for him, our room was overlooking a little garden with doors leading onto it, lovely walks nearby too. A dog bowl and a pack of treats were in the room on arrival. Breakfast was the best I've seen, so much choice, we could sit in the conservatory area with our dog. Meals from the bar were good value. Could not fault this place. We will be back.

The hotel is a bit harder to get to from the train station than I expected, but once I arrived I no longer cared about such things. I had a ground floor bedroom with access to the garden. The location is amazing. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was a try of a good tea selection, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits that came in handy.

The spa closed on Tuesday, and there was some construction where they are removing the hot tub. I thought there would be spa slippers provided but that turned out to be wrong ( I guess this was more of an oversight on my end). I never figured out how to lower or increase the air conditioning in the room.
