Had an early check in at no extra charge - checkout was 11am not 10.30 - friendly staff on site to greet us - stayed in the ground floor apartment, big apartment plenty of room and 2 double beds in separate rooms so could easily accommodate 2 couples. Kitchen had separate washer and dryer. Tea, coffee and toiletries provided. For the price and location - absolutely brilliant.

Is in need of a re-paint, but for the price and location, we couldn't fault it.

easy to book - just what I needed for one night. Easy to park at front of property. Bed comfy enough. Good size TV, Plenty of storage space

No personal control of the heating which did not come on when I needed it most. Would have liked some microwavable plates / tubs or something so that I could have heated up some food. Found the shower temperature difficult to control. Smaller than expected but still good value.

Good location ,easy access to and from Oxford. Comfy bed spacious room . Did have some cooking facilities which we didn’t use.. plenty of off street parking.

The facilities are a bit tired ..in need of a freshening up…new paint job. New Tile grouting.in bathroom. There was a constant smell of stale tobacco. Either from people smoking outside and fumes coming in via open windows or just left over inbedded in the paint from previous years when smoking inside was normal Not sure which ,

Great location and value for money. Nice little touches like biscuits. The mattresses were very comfortable, and there was a back door leading to a garden and chairs. The washing machine and dryer were a bonus.

Both double beds were pushed against a wall which made it difficult for the 2nd person to get in and out. There was little in the way of cutlery & plates etc.

Everything that was necessary was there, the TV, microwave and fridge were a bonus though I didn’t use them. I didn’t need breakfast and I’m not sure whether there was a facility to have it but that would be good on another occasion. The ensuite shower room was ideal. The room is not luxurious but it was exactly what I needed, with a lovely view over the garden, thank you.

Nothing to dislike, my only slight reservation was that the doors were a bit noisy so could hear when others went in and out of their room but as a small guest house, therefore not many others, this was not really a problem.

Basic but clean, quiet despite our room being located next to the front door, very good public transport facilities to and from Oxford.

As I said accommodation was basic but to expected for the price I paid. We only stayed there one night.

The room was warm, clean and bright, which was very welcome following a rather wet and dark walk to the premises. I had everything I could have wanted: television, tea, biscuits, soap and shampoo had been provided. The bed was very comfortable and the room was perfect for my requirements. The owners were very helpful when I spoke to them on the telephone. I didn't see anyone from the moment I arrived to the moment I left.

Convenient location with easy access to Summertown and central Oxford. Right on the bus route. My single room was small but comfortable for one night’s stay. Good value for being able to access the city

Guesthouse is right on the Banbury Road so there’s inevitably some traffic noise but closing the window largely got rid of this problem.

Breakfast is not served but the room is comfy. Comes with a microwave and fridge. The room and bathroom is super clean. There is a tesco and sainsbury nearby and the bus stop is right outside the property..

Breakfast maybe could have been added. Other than that i liked everything.

Excellent stay for the price. Clean and spacious rooms with well stocked pantry. Kind and courteous staff. Also there was free parking at site which was convenient. Direct buses to Oxford city centre every few minutes.
