The location was good, and had sufficient parking space, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The rooms were cozy and comfortable to stay. We will surely stay here again.

Suggestions: There are a few steps between the reception area and the rooms, this could be easily converted to a ramp, and will help in easy movement of luggage's, Rooms were not sound proofed, resulting in disturbing a few tenants from sleep, (we checked in late around 10:30 with Kids) A family room which sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids would be a good addition to the property,

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and adequately spacious room. Parking still free but this is about to change 'because of the Council' not sure why the Council are enforcing charges for parking on what is presumably private land? I could not have arrived via public transport as was driving back from Italy having sold my house - the parking was a big attraction of this hotel for me as well as its location.

A couple of minor details about the room which I reported to the staff and am sure they will deal with it.

Ample free parking. Beautiful executive room over looking their beautifully kept and maintained garden. Lovely comfortable bar area. Simple but good menu and can eat in the restaurant,bar area or take it to your room. Friendly staff on reception. Everything replenished in my room. Lovely big screen TV. Nice well stocked tea,coffee making facilities. No outside noise. Great location with 20 minutes walk into the City Centre

Nothing what so ever

Excellent location. Easy walking distance to Oxford centre, but also to Summertown, which has some nice restaurants and pubs. Room was cozy, but had everything we needed. Taller people may have struggled with the bathroom, which was small, but for us was fine.

There was nothing wrong with our stay. Parking was a little tight, but that's being very picky

The staff were lovely, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was a 15 minute walk from Oxford town centre and the parking was a fantastic bonus.

Other guests were a little noisy and inconsiderate, but that is not the hotel's fault. The bar could be a little better stocked!

The Reception was wonderful and the room extremely clean and very convenient. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Overall and excellent stay!

Bathroom needs updating

The staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable, lovely breakfast. Everything we needed. 25 minute walk into Central Oxford, perfect for us.

Limited parking, extra £2.00 Ph .for anytime before 3pm and after 11am next day.

It all went well from start to finish, the room was immaculate, the staff were brilliant and very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

The hot waster in the shower was very hit and miss, it was stone cold one morning

Breakfast could have been warmer but was ok

Lift needs fixing🙄

All as expected. Easy check in and a decent size room. Bathroom was clean and looked like it had been upgraded fairly recently. Comfortable beds and a very good hot and fresh english breakfast.

Net curtains in room 8 were ripped and hanging off the track at the top. Not a great impression and made me look to make sure everything else was ok. Only 2 tea bags in the room, though I am sure I could have asked if I wanted more. Power sockets by bed were low down under the side table, not obvious to find and not easy access.
