Room was perfect, comfortable and clean.

Arrived and was attempted to be charged approx £130/40 pound despite when I booked it the price was £80 pound or so. Challenged receptionist as I wouldn't have booked a room at that price. I managed to get up my booking email to confirm this. So the receptionist then charged us correct amount. If my partner was to pay etc we would have been overcharged considerably as he wouldn't question how much. Thankfully despite the late check in following a flight I managed to settle this by proving my original booking price. This could not have been receptionists fault as the system was saying to over charge and this has happened before through booking.com. Hope this can be resolved fully and no one is caught out.

Location perfect for the airport at good price. Also used it for trip to the city. Very very good breakfast and a really nice meal in the evening at the restaurant. Table service. This was excellent. Just been to a Hampton by Hilton where you queue for food order like MacDonalds. Hated that. I would go back to the courtyard by Marriot as for value for money, the rooms and location to airport is brilliant.

Really good room. Really good breakfast. Good evening meal and bar. It's a little bit of a walk from the terminal which is difficult if you do not know it. Now I know it, it is easy. It sits back from the other hotels. Prefer the outside colour of the brick of this one compared to the plastic bright blue of the other hotels. Cannot fault this overall very happy. Build an underground indoor pool to use and this would give it more kudos or even a spar. Gym and spare and pool. I will go back. After all that is what you want . Customer loyalty. It's a good value hotel quality for price, good value.

I love staying at the Bonvoy by Marriott and will continue to do so.

On staying 31/8 for one night staff were unable to give me a receipt due to printer malfunction (not a problem they gave me the invoice when I stayed again on 3/9). However the invoice stated I had paid £179 for the room, when I had booked it through booking.com at £139. The receptionist did refund me the additional £40 but I was a bit concerned as I was not in the habit (previously)of checking how much money had been debited from my card, which I will have to make sure I double check in future.

Two great surprises here: you can walk on clearly signed paths directly to the airport in about ten minutes! And: the food is excellent! Airport hotels are not known for great food, but this place excels. As well, the staff are delightful. It’s also clean and nice modern design. Highly recommend staying here if you have an early flight out.

Really nothing wrong with the place. Except that the designer made a mistake about the shower and it leaks water out onto the floor of the bathroom. There’s no sill between the shower floor and the bathroom floor.

The newly renovated hotel was beautiful and the rooms were well equipped. It's an easy walk to/from the terminal building which makes it an ideal place to stay if you have a late arrival or early morning flight. We didn't have time to sample the breakfast, but the dining room also looked comfortable.

As with many hotels in Scotland, the shower enclosure sprayed too much water on the floor. It seems like it would have been an easy fix to solve the issue. I would put more detailed instructions at the airport or on the website on how to efficiently walk to the hotel since there's no hotel shuttle. It can be confusing to find on your own but it's relatively straight forward once you're familiar with the path.

No teabags in the room and a fire alarm went off at 6:30am scared my elderly mum and we couldn’t get back to sleep. No warning or obvious fire issue Breakfast could have a wider selection for the cost Found Marc a little abrupt as I had asked for an early check in before booking and he advised that he would not have guaranteed it but I only booked because I was told it wouldn’t be an issue

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, bedding feels very plush and the rooms are quiet. The breakfast is usually high quality traditional with bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs etc. Slightly dissapointed not to see haggis on offer for breakfast there this time (Jan 2023) but still its very good value for money. Main restaurant has a bar with friendly staff and the food menu is also high quality.

Just a recommendation the hotel could offer airport shuttles as previously we did have to wait a while for a taxi which didnt arrive then we had to re-book one so we lost about 20 minutes there. The lifts for room access are a little narrow when using the luggage trolley. If your using the trolley be sure to stack suitcases upright or they wont fit in the lift without some persuassion.

Was used as stop while supporting family member at ARI Hospital... fair distance to walk with luggage but quick in taxi or car with parking available at side accessed back. Very comfortable bed, slept well and good shower. Some noise from bar below if early sleep was needed but perfect for us. Good bar, food menu and live music sometjmes in bar. Clean, helpful and breakfast was good - choose and. pay for what you want. Excellent value for money!

Perhaps a secod towel available... long, thick hair soaks towel quickly. Perhaps an extension lead so mobile phone can be recharged/in to socket and still be reachable from the bed

I loved everything, it was close to the training facility I had to be at, it was always clean every single day I would walk into my room and wow it’s brand new the faries have been in I just just it and the staff wow I wish I could have got there names but a beautiful blonde petite lady at the desk was amazing she went above and beyond so did all the staff but I had to point that lady out so thank you so much

We liked everything about this hotel; staff, food, prices, room size and cleanliness. It is definitely our first choice to stay here when visiting Glasgow.

The printer was broken so reception were unable to give me a receipt (which I need to claim the cost back). The receptionist said she would email me the receipt for me to print off at home but I never received an email. I appreciate this might have been forgotten and shall ask for it again when I return tonight.
