They were very accommodating after my partner and I booking the room so late on a Sunday night. the aircon was a real treat too after having some unusually hot days. it was so nice to have a tall and wide shower which even my 6 foot 3 partner could enjoy! lovely soft bed. Less than a 3 min walk into the centre or Peterborough.

the car park was quite small, it looked like a local business were using it to park their vans over night, which wasn’t great for residents who had long days out and were getting back late - We had to park up in a bit of an awkward area but the staff understood and weren’t worried about being in a bit of a weird parking location!

Room was clean, spacious and had iron which is helpful . It would have been helpful if there were reading lights to enable reading while in bed. Bed was clean and comfortable. Television was ok . I would advice that even if room does not need cleaning daily if staying longer, the tea cups should be replaced. I had to go down to reception to ask for new cups. The staff was extremely friendly , helping and approachable. I would like to compliment especially a staff member called ? Luda who was very polite, helpful and friendly.

Everything in this Hotel was exceptional. The staff went "above and beyond" to make sure we had everything we needed. It is such a very clean Hotel and furnishing and fittings are very nice. Room very well laid out. Bed very comfortable. Did not hear any noise from traffic outside (though our window was facing the main road). Breakfast was also exceptional. Plenty to choose from and very tasty. Meal at night was also first class. Would thoroughly recommend this Hotel. Very well located as handy for both Bus Station and Train Station. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Absolutely NOTHING. Everything was exceptional.

Staff friendliness, good parking, general cleanliness [but see below], quiet room. Bar area was clean even after a world cup football match

The one thing which stood out was that there was no real security in place to prevent anyone from accessing the lifts to all floors and from there the corridors and bedrooms. Suggest that access to lifts/stairs should be via a locked door opening only on presentation of room card key. When we arrived there were people wandering the corridor and sitting on floor near to our room. Reception is close to main entrance but not always someone present and they cannot be expected to recognise everyone walking past.

Very clean and good breakfast. Very accommodating staff. Nice and quiet place to get your head down even at the side of a dual carriageway I was surprised! Also the staff were lovely and let us keep the car in the car park for the whole day until after the evening gala at the cathedral even after we'd checked out which was very kind and very much appreciated, thankyou guys!

Unfortunately the shower and sink didn't drain very well and the shower and soap dispensers were empty but not really to much of an issue as I usually bring my own anyway.

The bar, restaurant and check in area were easily accessible and had staff available at every point we attended any of them. The room was a reasonable size and clean & tidy. The  biscuit in the room was a nice treat. An easy overnight stay for work. The location was great for walking into the town centre for dinner.

The car parking was not ideal as we didn’t have enough space to park all of our vehicles in the on site car park.

The room was lovely and clean nice touch with the cookies and free water Breakfast was really lovely nice and hot. Staff very polite.

Shower was very low pressure but appreciate being on the 5th floor it's to be expected There was a charge put on our debit card for £91.15 which was not us initially we were told that it could not be sorted until Monday as there wasn't a finance manager on site I was not happy about this and asked could it be looked into, however after breakfast I was told that it was a mistake and the funds would be returned to our account, still disappointed by the response from the staff. I just think more could have been done as I was really upset that this had happened and it ruined my stay.

Room was excellent, clean, comfortable and with aircon. Evening meal was very good although the restaurant was a little too cool for us. Service was very good.

Didn't want to put the aircon on during the night as it was a little noisy. However we couldn't open the window either as being next to the main road that also was too noisy. So this resulted in the bedroom being a little too warm overnight.

Location was very good. The room was clean. We booked a deluxe room so was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bar drinks prices reasonable for a hotel.

I would have thought a deluxe room would have had a fridge but we coped. The windowsill kept our water and drinks cool. The basin hot tap had no pressure. The shower was adequate (spotless though) but the water pressure was low. Nice new pool table in the bar area but very cheap bowed cues.

Clean and comfortable, friendly staff, accessible location with free parking. I had a Sunday meeting in London and was able to get a cheap, convenient day return ticket to Finsbury Park. Peterborough Station and the town centre are within easy walking distance. I was amazed to see Peterborough Cathedral for the first time - very impressive!

I couldn't get the TV working properly - but to be fair, I didn't ask for help and watched a film on my lap top instead. Excellent Wi Fi
