Everything was great thank you when we actually got there! But definitely would stay again, great value for money.

Had a bit of difficulty finding it even with the sat nav. Trees were obliterating the sign, that was the only downside.

The friendliness and especially the kindness of the staff. I had the best shower I had enjoyed in ages. The facilities were super. Staff could not do enough for me. The lady who was in the restaurant was very helpful on my arrival, making sure I was well fed and watered. Sonia on reception the next morning made sure my luggage was looked after and kindly gave me some water for my journey. I had needed some assistance which she gave when needed. Am very grateful to all staff for making me so welcome and I look forward to staying there again.

Out of town, but conveniently located hotel just off the A1(M). It had obviously recently been refurbished and had a pleasant atmosphere. The buffet breakfast was exceptional and good value, with the staff being really friendly and helpful. The evening restaurant is a bonus for guests, while village pubs are only 5 minutes drive away.

The fixed table lamp blocked easy access to the mains plugs. The air conditioning was very weak which left the room rather warm in June. It would be useful to have the breakfast and restaurant times on the room information cards.

From the initial welcome by the fabulously kind and well mannered young man,Nish who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable..I WOULD LIKE THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT TO TAKE NOTE!! this gentleman needs retaining, applauding AND renumerated appropriately with a raise!! I travel all over the world and have never received better reception..his smile is so welcoming i applaud you Nish and hope to see you soon.. take care young man☺️

Not a lot..i would draw attention to the radiator in the room not being upto par with the rest of the room however it really didnt bother me..unlike a drunk fool who accosted me and my 11yr old daughter on the way to our room! Not a reflection of the MILESTONE.

The hotel is clean, warm and safe. Well connected to the A1M at Junction 16. Large car park, which might be a bit intimidating for some people in the dark. The hotel feels a little "tired" but it has reasonably large rooms. Good value for money and. It used to be a Premier Inn (in fact I think it is still listed on the Premier Inn website!). THere is a bar and catering available on-site, but I didn't use either so can't comment on them - there seemed to be plenty of people enjoying both food and drink. I have stayed here before and will likely stay here again.

I wasn't provided with any water in the room, but that didn't bother me too much. There was no fridge either - luckily it was winter, so my milk was OK outside on the windowsill. Lots of light entering the room around the door overnight, but was able to block most of it out. Lamp fixed to the desk prevented use of both power outlets on the desk, which was a bit of a problem.

All the staff members at this hotel have exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Amanda welcomed me and explained how to get the best value for money when booking. Sophie ensured our experience at breakfast was as I desired by providing a made to order vegetarian breakfast. Nashkarsh was helpful and very kind. Credit to Lee who is the Reception manager for leading a great tean! The star of the show was Ali. Despite it being his day off, he graciously assisted his colleague by showcasing exceptional commitment to customer satisfaction. His dedication truly made our stay memorable as he went above and beyond to assist me to my room and recommend local spots to visit. He was extremely welcoming and warming. I would like his commitment to be formally recognised, he is an asset to the business - well done and thank you!

Could have a phone in the room which connects to the reception. Shower pressure is low and could do with an upgrade.

Didn't know what to expect but was really pleasantly surprised. The location is great for travelling - very close to the A1 but felt secluded and safe. Picked it because the rates were extremely favourable. The big surprise was how clean and smart it was inside - better presented than the better known 'budget' options. Booked a twin room and it was genuinely a twin room; two proper twin beds, rather than a pull out child's bed. Room was very clean and comfortable and well appointed and even had a bath. Would definitely look again.

The Milestone Hotel was extremely well located for me as I was attending an event in Yaxley. It is very close to the A1(M) and only 5 minutes drive from Yaxley and about 10 minutes drive to Peterborough, Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and well supplied and breakfast was good.

Difficulty finding the hotel! The hotel is not directly on the main London Road and there is no hotel signposting at the turning. I drove past and wasted journey time having to drive back in the dark to the only obvious turning I had to refer back to the information in the booking for how to get to the hotel as the satnav only led to the approximate location. I gave a suggestion to reception staff that the hotel invest in a sign at the junction, visible at night as well as daytime.

Clean and good value for money

The breakfast. Paid extra and looking forward to it. Very disappointed. Was stone cold. Got to breakfast around 8ish. It starts at 6.30 and I should imagine the food had been out since then. When we complained the lady said I'm sorry to hear that I'll get the chef to check the temperature asap. We sat there another 30 minutes and she never even went into the kitchen to say anything. Would stay at the hotel again just not waste money on the breakfast.

Clean, well-maintained foyer, welcoming reception staff, helpful and happy to hold your luggage in storage if you check out but coming back after the weekend. The food served is actually good but limited choice. There's a vibrant bar. Rooms are roomy, clean and serviced daily. A nice surprise from the usual . I've already returned twice!

It took 2 reports to reception to fix a leaking bath tap even though it was really hosing into the bath! and I was concerned it will flood the room
