Unfortunately because the host was away , we were short of milk and bread and top ups until the housekeeper rescued us , we weren’t greeted and saw no one to ask questions so again in week we were short and ended up taking tray down to out at front door of house It would be have been good to know about the washing up of dishes , instructions would be helpful please and we saw no fire instructions But we would stay again lovely location and comfortable annexe .. loved the dogs and would loved to have taken Florence home in my pocket…

See above , it was really a bit shambolic I ended up speaking to host in USA Later in the week I discovered that person looking after the annexe actually didn’t have a key to it so couldn’t top up breakfast facilities

Very well equipped and comfy Lovely linens, big towels, great shower, great sleep Very peaceful setting, easy parking Homemade granola for breakfast which was in the room along with bread, butter, jam etc, juice and tea/coffee

Nothing. Just worth noting it's an annex next to a home in the countryside so you need to drive 5-10 mins to go for dinner. Not a problem for us at all

The property was not too far from the towns and easy to find. The property was well thought out. Nice furnishings. Nice big shower/bathroom. Comfy beds. Heating. Not low ceilings. Lovely annexe. Nice views and walks in the area.

We didn’t know about dogs underneath, in the kennel. They barked when the owners were out, and stopped when they got back. Also, lovely things for breakfast, but we weren’t able to top up for the last day, as owners were out. Would have liked a small washing up bowl to wash breakfast things. Luckily, I took a tea towel to dry up. Small niggles really, didn’t spoil our break.

the property was the perfect size for a stay over. The bathroom was a great size and was exceptionally clean. all the furniture was full of character and fit for purpose (there was a big full length mirror which, in my view, is a must in hotel rooms and many don’t have one!) the beds were comfy too.

I wouldn’t really say these were dislikes but it would be nice to have the option to request a double bed and have the beds pushed together and the bedding made up to create a large double. Also I’m gluten intolerant so a few GF options for breakfast would be great.

Extremely comfortable stay, spacious, well equipped, bed and bedding fabulous, had a great nights sleep. Bathroom very spacious. Continental breakfast goods good quality with generous supply. Wonderful country location, short drive to local town, restaurants, pub, supermarket. Short stay, hope to return soon.

Not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

A small self catering studio, very comfortable with great bathroom facilities with a real bath, very suitable if you like peace and quiet and star gazing which we do, also a small dog is welcome (which we don't have yet) it was one of the reasons we booked.

Booking.Com referral link asking too many questions on the survey, normally I don't bother as I don't think half of the questions are any of their business. I'm only doing this as I thought the owner was very nice and the accommodation very good.

we thought it was very charming, attractive, warm and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Set in the most beautiful countryside. We met the owner the next morning who was delightful. We arrived later than we meant to and found it a bit hard to find in the dark in-spite of sat.nav. It maybe helpful to mention that there is a small red pillar box on the corner of the property with the Annex.

Quiet rural location, but good for local towns and places of interest. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and spotless.

Paid for the "fabulous breakfast",which was in fact was a partial continental in the room. Nice fresh loaf,1 cereal, preserves in the fridge, croissants. Disappointed

The Property was in an idyllic peaceful location. The accommodation and facilities were excellent and the host was responsive and very accommodating allowing late checkout at short notice. Lovely touch with a selection of breakfast items, tea, coffee, and fresh orange juice. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and we would re-book if we come to the area again.
