Great price and exceptionally great value for money, good location (very close to the tram stops which makes it easy to go anywhere, within walking distance from the Old Trafford), they have grocery stores in the lobby, spacious room, have a good kitchen with all the utensils, the host is easy to contact, and he can give me directions by phone.

At the time of my arrival, I could not find the precise location using the information provided on booking.com and Google Maps (I missed 1 tram stop using the information on booking.com and maps). Have to call the host (he is friendly, responsive, and easy to call) to ask for the exact location in Google Maps. Probably guests have to contact the host directly by phone or can not find the precise location of this apartment.

Amazing location - super close to the trams and buses as well as MediaCity and Sainsbury's. Staff have all been absolutely lovely and helpful. View from the flat is great. The vast majority of noise from the trams and from other residents is blocked out. Bed is unbelievably comfy (also shoutout to the cleaner who tucks my cuddly companion in!). Super nice to be able to cook, wash my clothes, and curl up in front of the TV after a long day at work.

Couple of small marks and stains around the flat but they weren't surprising - mustn't be easy to keep rentals 100% clean and damage-free. Only thing really that was really quite dirty was the microwave but given the rest of the flat, I imagine it was simply missed and easily so.

The address on the email was not the address for the apartment so we felt lost

Not related to the property but we paid for parking but the key fob wouldn’t work leaving the car stuck in the car park and there were no staff available for an hour (the original statement was 4 hours) to come and sort it out so in an emergency you can’t count on any assistance. The pics on the Booking site are misleading. I booked based on a view of the quays which our apartment did not have.

The property is perfect, clean, quiet and very new so pretty much untouched. I would stay here again most definitely, although the large deposit is off putting.

The check in feels dodgy, waiting outside sainsburys and being approached by different people with differing names until the right person to escort us arrived. I was also charged £200 on arrival which took 7 days to refund, not everyone can afford to wait for that amount to be credited back, on top of paying for the room.

Overall a lovely stay. It was nice and clean, had good amenities, and was in a good location (close to Media City) with good transport links (tram) to other parts of Manchester. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There was no available parking on site, so we had to park a 10 min walk away at the MediaCity multi-storey which was £24 for up to 24 hours. As the apartment was in a residential building, there was no 'hotel reception' / Quay Apartments signage - you needed to rely on a meet-and-greet service to bring you to the right building and initially into the building itself.

Location excellent. Very near a tram stop and a short walk to Lowry. Local Sainsbury's useful for essential items. All basics provided for a night stopover. Great views over Salford and Manchester.

Since apartment in a new tower block the actual location not clear. Meeting with key holder could have been clearer from start. Communication was good but final meeting place not! Also, payment of £200 against damages was demanded on arrival without prior warning! Said it was in paperwork but I had not come across it.

we were met on arrival and shown to our apartment. we were delighted to discover we had been upgraded to a one bedroom apartment from a studio. the apartment was immaculately clean and had a great kitchen facilities and a stylish bathroom. it was quiet with amazing views across the city. we were going to a match at Old Trafford and the apartment was incredibly convenient for a 15 minute walk to the ground. restaurants on the doorstep and a sainsburys at the bottom of the block. thanks so much, this will be a go to location for Match days.

Excellent location, great contact from staff, easy check in. Modern bright apartment.

Although apartment was clean and tidy we found old hair clips in her creases of the sofa so a bit more attention to detail in that respect would be good. View not great as we overlooked a building site and the listing mentioned a river or garden view. Having to wait at least 5 days for the deposit to be refunded back onto my credit card is disappointing.
