Warm welcome from Gregg, who also gave local information, such as places to eat or places to vist etc. The room was on the top floor so we had great views over the surrounding countryside. This is a great `get away from it all`` location, yet only a short drive from Shrewsbury. Wales was only a few minutes drive in the other direction. Comfy beds with quality furnishings, a hot shower and plenty of complimentary goodies, teas, coffee (also decaf) biccies and bottled water. Breakfast was spot on. Selection of cereals followed by a `Full English`, choice of toast, steaming hot coffee (or tea). Tasty and hot. Thanks Dawn!

Quiet , in a rural location, easily found, within short distance to amenities should you require them. The house is architecturally beautiful! Period appropriate furnishings, but with contemporary comfort requirements. Hosts are friendly, helpful, and attentive. Breakfast was freshly cooked to your personal preference based on the constituent produce offered. Views over the fields are awesome. We were upgraded to the best room f.o.c. There"s additional heating in the room should you require it. Recommended to all, except those who struggle with stairs, which is made clear at time of booking. Friendly hosts, who are a wealth of information, should you inquire. Thanks Greg and Dawn for a lovely stay.

The farmhouse is in a great rural location which suited my needs. Wonderful views and great scenery but very easy to get to Shrewsbury and local attractions. The hosts were friendly welcoming and helpful. Dawn provides a lovely breakfast with plenty of choice tailored to personal preferences. delicious fresh coffee, fruit and best omelette ever. I am hoping to return.

Single bed a little uncomfortable but I still had a goodnights sleep so not really a minus.

Location was spot on for our event. The booking/arrival process was extremely easy and late access to the B&B was possible. Lovely countryside feel with views towards Cymru. Breakfast was a fab start to the day and the hosts made us very welcome.

Its a family home, of a certain age - so you can forgive the few cobwebs, rickety stairs and small bathroom facilities. Our hosts provided everything we asked of them.....

Love this farm house, great front garden to have a cup of tea and a biscuit from the room on arrival and just relax! There was water in the room which is always appreciated. My daughter left her toothbrush at home - no bother there was a basket of useful items on the landing including toothbrushes, herbal tea (I had one), shower gel etc. Great room for a family to stay, 15 minutes from Shrewsbury and 10 minutes from Wales.

You need a car to get anywhere but that was ok for us.

Beautiful house, clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds. House is beautiful from outside and inside. Lovely area with a pretty views. Calm place.

The only thing I didn't like was the drain in a small sink in the bathroom and the sink was easily getting full of water but it can be solved and it didn't affect our final feedback on how beautiful place it was. I would love to come back to this place if I have opportunity. My daughters and husband loved the place.

Greg and Dawn are wonderful people keepers of the property and very welcoming. The property is lovely in its character and breakfast was very good. The views are good looking out at open farm countryside and location is good if you want to have a short drive to locations. We went and ate at the Avatar Indian restaurant in Shrewsbury and it took hardly any time to drive over.

We chose the farmhouse for a simple one night stay after a ghost hunt in the center, and were expecting something simple and quick. We instead received a lovely warm welcome, exceptionally accommodating hosts (suggested a late breakfast for us so we could even have a lie-in) and a really gorgeous house. We stayed in the "scary" room, which was very comfortable with a lovely view over the fields and fortunately not scary at all. Breakfast was great, too. The location is only a few miles from the pub so we ate there for lunch. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Shrewsbury and don't need to be smack bang in the middle.

Gorgeous farm house with a wonderful room, professional and welcoming hosts and a super breakfast. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms which are clean and decorated to a high standard. Parking was to the front and it was nice to hear the birds in the morning. I very much enjoyed my evening here and I would recommend this gem of a BnB.

Very friendly hosts, who upgraded our room without being asked. Excellent breakfast, which was cooked to order. Really helpful and happy to help you get the most from your stay.

Nothing really, but the only thing to note is the bathroom is a little small if you need space to get around. The rooms are on the second floor, so perfect for us, but maybe not those with issues with stairs. These are not complaints though, just notes for others, as we were very happy.
