Good parking, friendly staff, comfortable bed in a very clean spacious room. Good sized washroom with a lovely hot shower. Excellent coffee & breakfast service was fast & efficient, staff were courteous & very pleasant.

If I’d realised the room was up two flights of stairs, I wouldn’t have booked it. It would be nice if the needs of disabled people weren’t an afterthought on booking sites. The USB points in the bedroom didn’t work, tho staff said they could have provided me with a plug if I’d asked. The TV remote needed new batteries, I had to plug the kettle in under a table & there was a lot of single use plastic items in the room, coffee sachets, portions of milk, shampoo & shower gel, which really shouldn’t still be in use given the damage they do to the environment.

We stayed in room 12, which was huge, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The staff were polite, friendly, and attentive. Breakfast was included - choice of cereals, continental, or cooked. Breakfast was delicious. We also stayed for Sunday lunch, which was one of the best we have had out- the chef's roast potatoes are perfect! Evening meals were fantastic, we had tapas, but to be honest, everything that came out of the kitchen looked amazing. The location was perfect for us and felt very safe and secure. A five minute walk to the amazing Greenbank outdoor swimming pool and Clark's village shopping complex. The towns of Glastonbury and Wells are a short distance away and well worth a visit

Nothing, this place is excellent value.

Excellent Full English Breakfast! The inclusion of sauté potatoes - genius! Good selection of preserves. Super breakfast venue gazing at a fireplace possibly from Glastonbury Abbey in an atmosperuc oak-beamed part of the Inn lookiing over towards The Meeting House in Street. Pleasant and attentive staff. Brilliant location - and a pub that serves Exmoor Gold. Relaxed atmosphere and a real sense of Somerset.

The high sides of the bath in my room which meant due care and attention when showering but a minor inconvenience only in a comfortable room with a great bed.

Modern, clean, recently done-up room. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. great location. Spacious shower. Easy parking at the rear. Lots of eating places within walking distance. (Mullions serve food too but we went out so cant speak for their main menu) Breakfast in the morning was nice but nothing exceptional. That's okay... nice is good enough. Clarkes shopping village a five minute walk away, and Glastonbury town centre a five minute drive away. Would recommend; book with confidence.

There were a few very easy and cheap things that could have been done to make a great room even better, and they stood out a mile as being obvious (to us). But it feels petty or picky to mention them because the room overall was fine. The one thing I will say, although it's so unfortunate to mention it, is that there was one member of staff who came across as the gloomiest, most despondent person I've ever seen in hospitality! A personality vacuum. Either he's in the wrong job, or he's going through a bad time and needs therapy! The other staff were fine.

Great location, easy parking, wonderful staff, basic but clean room with good facilities inc plenty of tea/coffee provisions. Great choice for breakfast and full English breakfast spot on. Evening meals, a great choice and excellent portions ( none of this chips in cup). Prices were very reasonable. Originally were only going to eat there on arrival night as we like to try other places, but because the food was so good we eat there the following evening.

Not a criticism, more an observation. A little bit tired decor, but this adds to the character Of the building. (I think the modern phrase is patina )

Everything was very good. Staff were very friendly/helpful. Cooked breakfast was very substantial, the room was comfortable and clean. and the place was situated very near the town centre. A lovely quirky place. The cleaning staff respected the fact that I had put my 'do not disturb' sign on the door, and left the room alone. I had a room that was next to the main road - no problem with traffic noise at all even thou I had my window open. I will certainly stay there again.

Cant really fault anything, other than the fact that the cord on the blind in the bathroom wouldnt work, after the blind had been pulled down, so I couldnt lift the blind up in the morning, but that wasnt a problem for me.

We had a very comfortable room with plenty of space and a short walk to the shopping centre. Air conditioning in the room although we didn't need it, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with a beast of a shower, lovely atmosphere throughout and very friendly staff. The full English breakfast was superb as was the veggie option and the staff couldn't be more helpful.

We were at street level so nets at the windows or even blinds would be nice to enhance privacy. The age old problem of not enough hangers in the wardrobe but luckily I'm used to that so brought my own. There was nothing that caused us any hardship though.

It’s pretty old with amazing wooden beams and ancient stone walls perfectly placed for shopping in the nearby Clark’s village outlet this was our second time staying and the food was awesome the tapas menu was particularly good nice portions but very very tasty for pub food it was outstanding bottle of wine starts at about £15 highly recommend all staff were extremely polite friendly and helpful

Very hard to pick fault but if I had to it would be the breakfast which was otherwise super but they did not serve baked beans with full English breakfast

The room was small but perfect, the bathroom and shower in particular were finished to a high standard. The staff were friendly and welcoming - particularly to my dog! The two on breakfast - I believe he was a hispanic or latin american gentleman who owns a rescue dog and the teenage girl serving were brilliant. The breakfast was excellent too! I loved my one night stay and it far exceeded my expectations.

The only downside was that the walls and doors of the rooms allow noise to travel, it didn't actually bother me but I could hear a guy snoring loudly when trying to leave my room and return my room.... the creaky floor and me turning the key kept disturbing him as I had to return several times (I was in room 19! :-)

Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Location perfect and room was lovely and clean. Bed very comfy and windows opened so I had fresh air. Room was located at the rear of pub and it was pretty quiet. The breakfast was very good.

The carpet on the stairs to the accommodation is worn and shabby as are the walls. All needs refreshing. My room was perfect but as a non smoker I could smell that someone had been smoking there at some time. But it wouldn’t put me off booking the room as I had 2 windows to open for fresh air.
