Thé location is perfect: the harbour and promo ace are a short stroll away and there is a convenience store just around the corner. All the necessities for your first night’s stay are provided - so incredibly thoughtful. We were incredibly comfortable and the kids loved the bunk bed. We can’t wait to be back! The parking arrangements were clearly explained and the parking permits were waiting for us in the apartment, along with clear instructions and a map of parking zones.

It can be a tiny bit tricky finding parking if you’re in a rush.

It was sad to see the ‘Welcome Packs’ no more ! there was a few tea bags & 1 sachet of coffee” 😞 “Also what struck me on this visit: the court yard Looks very poorly maintained & dirty. Well decorated, clean, cosy. Friendly hosts communicated in a timely fashion. Welcoming.

A niggle: the main gate to the Mews was squeaky. Residents/guests in the nearby properties came and went during the night and disturbed our sons' sleep (it was warm and they slept with the window open).

Excellent communication by the host before travelling, nice and easy instructions.

Nothing to do with the property (which was exceptional in all ways) - just a note on Torquay for EV drivers ... arrive with a charge or face a challenge. No charge points central, all out of the centre requiring a specific visit. If you need a charge plan a day in Paignton and eat/park at the Inn on the Green pub opposite the pier - great food and a fast charge .

Great location and good apartment with good facilities Just right for size and location plus a bonus of parking permits.

The apartment states 2 bathrooms, however the en-suite didn’t have a toilet which is why I put didn’t meet expectations in that question. This was not ideal with my parents having the main room and 4 adults only having 1 toilet. Luckily it was a short stay but if had been a full week then would have been an issue. Otherwise great place and fine if we had known for the selection but we didn’t.

It was clean and ready to go! Location was perfect for us, who wanted to be closer to the waterfront. Also a grocery store was easily walkable!

Nothing that the hosts can fix. Sometimes parking was not the best as the walk to the apartment is steep and then there are stairs up to the apartment. Just needs to be noted for some people.

It was a nice flat with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed it very much. It very close to the beach in Torquay.

The only problem is finding a parking space on the road near the property. So I felt restricted taking my car out during the day, thinking I am not going to get a space to park when I come back.

Apartment had everything we needed and liked the child gate at the kitchen entrance. Plenty of room for a family of four. Very comfortable sofa and beds. Host was great and we could even check in earlier than expected.

Great locality near the harbour. Easy walk to the town. Apartment very clean and had everything you could need. Hosts available if you needed any updates. Permits given for parking.

Can't really think of anything that was negative.

Lovely little apartment in a great location, near to the harbour, would definitely stay here again, had a fabulous long weekend
