Only one night stay but definitely one to remember. Room was spotless clean and ready on time, very comfy bed and bedding. Nice décor in the rooms but also in the lounge area. Checking in was stress free and I loved the fact it was self check in, no human interaction what is exactly what I like :) Explanation and very detailed video was send on the day of the arrival so there was no problem to get in. Loved the fact there was so many little touches to make our stay more comfortable. Little fridge in the room to keep our drinks cool, complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits. If you've run out, you could top it up in the lounge area, plenty of everything. Fans very available to collect to cool the room, extra towels and toilet paper and even cute hamper in the corridor full of shower gels, toothpaste, toothbrush, tampons, you could have help yourself in case if you have come unprepared. Very thoughtful!! There was cutlery, wine glasses, vine openers etc available in lounge area you could take it to your room if you needed. Unbelievably helpful, every detail thought of. Also car park available just in front of the hotel . Great location, with walking distance to the pubs and restaurants, beach and all the shops. Also bus stop just few steps away. Free wi-fi as well, Absolutely amazing owners. would definitely come back if in the area. Thank you

Everything was spot on !!!!!

Hosts were so welcoming and helpful. We went with our dog and they provided blankets, treats and water for him, super dog friendly! Huge lounge and dining areas to use , free tea and coffee in these areas as well as in the room. We were given a key to the front door so no worries about getting back late. The whole place smelled like fresh linen, so lovely! Bed was super comfy. Little fridge in the room too (which fits 4 beer cans!) Great location, Tesco a few minutes walk away which is useful. Parking on the front of the property available on request but plenty of spaces on the road outside. Highly recommend!

Was lovely to stay at Rooms At Babbcombe. The self-check in was very easy to follow and meant you could check in anytime after 3pm. My room was very clean and I had a comfortable nights sleep. Was great that this accommodation is dog friendly too :) Luke & Bec were very friendly and helpful throughout stay. Having little home touches throughout rooms and lounge areas making you feel at home during your stay. Would recommend staying at Rooms At Babbacombe again.

Probably the cleanest hotel or B&B I have ever stayed in, Rooms at Babbacombe exceeded my every expectation. The decor is clean, fresh and calm. The unlooked for extras - biscuits, a huge range of hot drinks, a mini fridge with cold milk - at last someone whom knows you need fresh milk for tea, chilled water, and spares available in the corridor - were all a delight. As are the public spaces and facilities provided - bottle opener, ice for drinks, a location to eat your takeaway if required. And two minutes walk to the beautiful front at Babbacombe. And not least the lovely couple running the establishment - warm, friendly, excellent recommendations for dinner, and clearly nothing was too much trouble.

Welcoming atmosphere but we were given privacy too . Lots of touches like the offer of real milk for our tea and coffee. The whole place felt extremely clean and well looked after. We were able to use the dining area and bring in a take away so that opened up our options too. We would definitely go back so that’s always very telling for us and our thoughts !

We loved it all - if we had to give one thing - maybe a hook in the en-suite for our towels and a little self for toiletries in the shower cubicle. Thats two things I know but such minor requests :)

Where do I start! Soon as we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome. We was told about local places to see and eat and then personally taken to our room and shown where we can get additional toilet roll, milk, tea, coffee and towels. The place was spotlessly clean and the hosts could never do enough for us. I had a dog with me, and she was treated like one of their own and made a fuss off every time they was around. Every time we walked in the place smelt of fresh laundry. Each night we sat in the lounge area with drinks and asked for a ice bucket, by the last night the ice bucket was waiting for us without even requesting it. We only had the breakfast on our final morning and it was so nice; quality ingredients, hot plates and nothing too much trouble for us. I’ve travelled a lot, and this is one place I will come back, really didn’t want to leave. Thank you for an amazing break; Angela, Vikki and Molly

There was a couple of thing; 1. Downstairs needed a toilet, but this is already on their plan for over the winter period. 2. We had to leave!

Extremely warm welcome from the hosts. Nicely decorated throughout with a well stocked courtesy tray in the room and the ability to replenish it in communal areas. Exceptionally clean room. Large, soft bath sheets (instead of abrasive small bath towels) in the bathroom. Parking facilities are available if you reserve them in advance. Close and convenient to everything you could want in Babbacombe. We stayed a night to visit the theatre and we couldn't have been more delighted with our choice of stay.

We were in a twin room for the night, and the beds grew ever so slightly uncomfortable as we went through the night. They didn't keep us awake, but we were up a little earlier than perhaps we would have been. Maybe it's just the choice of bedframe's because the bedding itself was of good quality and smelt lovely and fresh 😊

It was all we needed - room only for a single night. The room was clean and well stocked with coffee/hot chocolate (though we were grateful for the extra milk on hand in the communal fridge). The bathroom was tidy and the complimentary cake and coffee in the lounge after we got in from the theatre was very welcome. We were allocated parking as well and it's extremely well located for the main attractions of the town. A shame we couldn't stay for breakfast as the couple running were both very friendly and welcoming (including in the pre-arrival correspondence to reserve parking).

Getting in and out of allocated space was a bit of a squeeze (thank goodness for parking censors). And for the longest time we thought we could here a peacock, but then realsied it was a resident at the nursing home next door. Incessant but not something that could be helped.

Rooms At Babbacombe are what every accommodation should be! I loved it here. This stylish but relaxed accommodation is exceptional in every way from the friendly helpful and accommodating owners, who go above and beyond to make your stay perfect, to the excellent high standards of cleanliness and stylish decor. The ambiance was wonderful for the aforementioned reasons. The unlimited supply of real coffee, fresh milk and biscuits didn’t go amiss either! I have never stayed anywhere that was so well done, maintained and clean and more importantly loved by the owners. It shows in all aspects of the property and their hospitality. They responded quickly to any queries or requests that I had and always accommodated my needs. I cannot praise them or their delightful property enough and highly recommend it. I can’t wait to stay again. It’s also a pet friendly place and for those who don’t have pets you would never know that they stay here as the whole property is immaculately clean and smells delightful, so much so that I asked the cleaner what they used so I could use it in my home! I honestly have never stayed in such a wonderful place and it’s set the benchmark now for my future stays. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay and for going above and beyond from letting me check in early and sourcing my next accommodation as I couldn’t find anything good being a bank holiday weekend.

The hotel owners had really thought of everything. The downstairs lounge/bar area was very spacious and comfortable, and had all the facilities we needed to eat the takeaway we brought in from town, which made dinner very easy. The rooms were very clean, with everything you would need, with a lovely touch of a trunk in the hallway for things you might have forgotten. It is an easy walk to the seafront and Babbacombe Downs, and I was able to park at the hotel, making parking very stress free. The owners were on hand, and extremely helpful. I will definitely stay again.
