The staff are grest friendly and welcoming. Booked a disability room, and it was perfect. Although there was no view, it didn't matter. It was very spacious, very clean. It may seem to be some very old fashioned , however, mum and I loved the old look to it. Catered for a lot of disabilities nothing too much trouble. Will definitely be returning. Keep up the good work 👏

The ladies cleaning the rooms would try to get in a bit to early for us. Fruit salad bowl at breakfast too small, very popular and always empty

Location Excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, we didn't have any other food. Parking at the hotel is excellent. Stayed at the hotel before and always had great room.

Our bedroom this time wasn't best, sorry to say. Booked a superior double room. We were in room 10. Small room looking onto other buildings at back of hotel .my partner went to ask if we had the right room, and she said yes. Also, the bed was uncomfortable on your back. The bathroom was beautiful, but shower pressure was not best .my brother was in room 8.single he had more room than us in a great room. We had a job to get around the bed it was very tight in our room. Would not have sold this as a Superior room cause the cost we paid was a lot for what it was. £318 with breakfast 2nts.this is just our opinion. It might suit others.

The location was excellent! Couldn't be better. You walk out, cross the road and within a minute you are on the sea front. Excellent! Also the room was very nice. It wasn't too small but to be fair didn't have to be any bigger. Good shower too! I'd say just right and i intend to return next year. If i'm on my own i hope i get the same room! Also there was a very nice full English breakfast with friendly people serving. I've stayed before and was served by the same young woman as last time. Nice friendly smile and very pleasant.

There wasn't a problem with the location, room, staff etc. The only thing i can think of (as i'm trying to think of something to put here) is during the night you get occasional noise from people outside, especially if it's hot and you want the windows open during the night so you can sleep. This is NOT a major concern as you would get this anywhere in this area. I would still chose this hotel to stay at (or hope to stay at) when i return next year.

Right on the seafront and the promenade, just a short walk to the pier Although we booked a superior room, unfortunately there was an issue which we were told about promptly and offered an alternative standard room which was very comfortable The staff are all so friendly, helpful and professional - I cannot praise them enough We had dinner at the hotel and the food was very good and excellent value for money, lovely breakfast too Would definitely return if I can and would definitely recommend

The only negative comment I have is that it was quite noisy from external sources, but due to its location probably inevitable

Almost a family feel. The building is a bit tired, although very clean, but the staff are wonderful! Extremely warm, friendly and helpful. Everyone from the receptionist to the bar tender to the kitchen/serving staff and the cleaners were smiley and pleasant to interact with, regardless of what was asked. As a solo traveller I felt very well looked after. Bed was comfortable and the room was large for a single room. Good shower. Whole place needs updating but, on a functional level, was brilliant.

Breakfast was pretty average but the coffee was good and the service was fast!

Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Good English breakfast, Continental choice wasn't up to much just Cheese and Ham not even any bread on the buffet table - perhaps because its not the usual guest choice? Really lovely sunny garden, right over the road from the beach. Exceptionally dog friendly, we were recommended this hotel by a friend who always takes his two dogs with him. Dog run at the rear, somewhere to get sand off and dog towels available in foyer. Made our pooch feel very welcome!

Lack of sockets in the bedroom, new technology requires plug sockets and if you were watching TV you only had one socket free. We take a Kindle, Tablet and Phones all of which need somewhere to charge. This was our only criticism.

I had a nice clean room with en suite shower. Breakfast was great, staff very friendly and helpful. I didn't eat lunch or dinner at the hotel as dietary problems stop me eating later. Enjoyed the walk to the shops and sea front.

The window in shower room was very drafty. Also couldn't watch my TV except BBC1 & 2 as picture kept breaking up and set was making popping noises on all other channels. It didn't affect me much as I am a reader rather than a watcher. Other guests in that room would maybe complain. Being a pet friendly hotel is obviously necessary for some guests, but I really didn't like a dog by me while having breakfast one day.

The first thing that I noticed was how very polite and presentable the young lady that booked us in was, I was immediately put at ease by the way she greeted us, which was nice after a long drive. I was grateful of the lift as I am disabled and my partner is in a wheelchair. I would like this opportunity to thank Beth who went above and beyond what you would expect ! I was trying to order some food to be delivered to us "my partner is diabetic" and Beth offered to use her phone but it still couldn't be ordered ? So then she offered to actually go out in her car and fetch the food for us, well I was stunned at this young lady's kindness ! But when she got there they couldn't accept cash ? And instead of just coming back she paid for the food on her own card ! And we reimbursed her when she came back. Now this young lady didn't even know about my partners Diabetes yet offered to go for food for us. I hope you as an employer appreciates this act of pure kindness ? The world could do with more "Beth's" All the staff was really nice but Beth shone out, What a lovely young lady she is ! And a big thank you from us to you Beth ! I hope you get to read this Beth or your manager tells you about it ?

The only thing I could say that could be improved would be the little yard for the dogs to do their business in, but all ells was great ...

My favourite Hotel in Weston-super-Mare, I've stayed there many times. Unbeatable location on the seafront, a couple of seconds stroll to the beautiful beach, and a couple of minutes to the attractions, and Town. Fabulous staff, so friendly, welcoming, hospitable, and helpful. Spotlessly clean throughout, nice rooms, with comfortable beds and pillows. Nice bar, and outside garden with seating. Excellent breakfast, with a selection of juices, cereals, and delicious cooked breakfasts. Highly recommended, I look forward to my next visit.

Lovely large room beautifully decorated with big bay windows, overlooking the sea. Very good value. Modern furniture with large comfortable arm chairs. En suite bathroom with shower. Lovely hot water and powerful shower. Excellent breakfast with delicious full English and Continental with lots of choice. All staff very helpful and friendly. We diidnt eat in the hotel restaurant in the evening so can't comment, but can highly recommend the restaurant immediately next door. Very interested to read the past and more recent history of this hotel.

Bed was a bit smaller than what we are used to, but thats a personal choice. Room was slightly cool during the day / evening . Although certainly not cold in bed during the night. Very comfortable temp.
