Breakfast they have small buffet table but they also prepare you one of dishes from menu, I took English breakfast and it was really nice compared to Ibis or Travel Lodge, as it is fresh prepared for you. Only thing is that on weekend breakfast starts from 8am and I had to be elsewhere working early but they were great about it as they allowed me to have same value spent on dinner. I had Sunday roast for the first time it was so tasty I ordered twice. Room excided my expectations and I felt really comfortable, there is also big bath after the long day.

Minor things really, I wish I could open the window all the way as it was looking at big trees full of birds and quite part. Second is deposit for the mini bar as when you check in you have to reserve 50 pounds in case you use mini bar in your room, they give it back once you check out if you didn't used it.

There was plenty of space to park. We received a friendly welcome and we were impressed by the pub on entrance. The room was spacious, quiet and had everything we needed, and a few things we didn't expect, we were delighted. Lovely bathroom, really nice shower,, lit wardrobe, comfortable furnishings. Fully stocked mini bar, snacks, fridge tea, coffee and coffee machine! We had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious. Breakfast was perfect.

Nothing, I loved everything. The bed/matress was soft. I personally prefer a firm bed and a fibre duvet (not rustley feather duvet) but this didn't detract from the fact that it was a really nice room and we were really happy with it.

Quiet location, comfortable bed, WiFi signal good. Breakfast selection excellent, lots off parking. The bar area was comfortable if a little expensive.

Very little space for clothing drawers or hanging. Despite advising prior to visiting the staff had little understanding of gluten free and I think I ended up having a sauce thicked with flour despite checking. The WiFi signal was good but you had to sign in every time you switched on a device which was a little annoying.

The staff were super friendly, accommodating and helpful, especially the lovely Shane. We were staying for the Sandown Races with an evening with Madness and decided to stay for lunch at the Hotel before going on our jaunt, so pleased we did. We had pre-lunch drinkies in the garden and then lunch inside which was lovely and cool! The food was exquisite, I opted for the homemade chicken, leek and ham pie with little roasties and veg, others went for the haddock and chips which looked so nice, a sharing ploughman's which was beautifully presented and juicy Dairy burgers, they catered for all tastes. The rooms were stunning, attention to detail with the soft furnishings, bathroom toiletries, mini bar selection and the biggest and comfiest super King size bed to die for! Can't wait to find an excuse to come back.

I couldn't fault a thing!

Room was excellent, very Comfortable, good size bed and bath. Quiet situation. Clean, everything was laid out nicely. Plenty of options in the Mini Bar and nice Free Cookies as the Biscuits with Tea. Fresh Milk in the Mini Fridge.

Bizarre online check in requirements which meant I went from 3 rooms to 6 rooms on arrival. Took time to sort out on arrival. Had to reinput data that had been added when booking through Booking.com. Minimal Menu available in the restaurant but looks like there was a bar menu we were not offered, a little expensive considering it was a Pub Menu. Mini bar not clearly marked unless you checked the Menu rather than the fridge and expensive.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was lovely. We had fish n chips made fresh on our first night, and the batter on the fish was some of the best I've had! Room was exceptional - clean, nice decor and spacious. Cupboard for storing dresses and suits, and although we didn't have anything from it, there was a lovely mini bar available. Free milk and cookies in the room too! It's a very quiet location, not too far from the train station (which goes to London) and lots of independent shops, plus a Co-Op supermarket. Would definitely stay again :D

Didn't like the breakfast idea of staff standing talking and not refilling plates when getting low.

Not happy with breakfast. We had 3 children. When we got down to breakfast the 2 girls wanted fruit there was 2 pieces pineapple No pastries. They were not refilled until another couple appeared and she thought it was her right to take the complete Platter of fruit and leave half of it and her other half took 6 slices of bread ,which he toasted, and left 2. My full English 1 rasher of bacon which looked like it had sat there for hours and I asked for 2 soft poached eggs and mine were more like hard boiled.

The free parking. The location, it was only a ten minute walk to the train station, with trains every half hour to Waterloo. Hampton Court and Chessington World of Adventures a fifteen minute drive away. Room was clean and air con worked well. Food was good and hot.

Toilet did not flush to well. Water pressure was not very good and to reflush took a long time. Food although very nice the portions were a bit small, and the menu a bit limited. This is not a real problem thou as there are plenty of of restaurants nearby

Very clean. Staff very kind and considerate and helpful. We booked very last minute and everything went perfectly well.

No milk in the fridge when they said there would be, but not the end of the world. The young lady who was working the morning after our stay who served us in the restaurant was very kind and patient, if you can please let her know and thank her for her hospitality. My partner has autism and eating out can become stressful for him at times but when taking his order she didn’t make a face or judge his eating habits which was lovely! Thank you angel!
