We was given the option to check out later which was great as we needed the extra hour. Staff were accommodating to any of our requests.

Would suggest bottles of water inside the room fridges as had to ask for a jug with ice later on in the night. There was no hand wash in the rooms so was forced to use the small bar of face soap to wash hands with. Was not a lot of selection in terms of hot food especially if you don’t eat pork or require halal food. During breakfast Was put in between a large group so was surrounded by loud talking and didn’t have personal space. Antibacterial hand soap is a must in rooms.

The reception staff were excellent and very helpful. We were only there for one night and found the room adequate. We paid - £123 for the room with breakfast and happy with the price. The room was simple, clean, tidy and comfortable. There wasn't bottled water in the room on arrival but a phone call rectified that. We also requested towel robes that also arrived with the water. Excellent ventilation but only one small window onto a closed area of other room windows. The aircon in the room was easy to operate. The breakfast was very good. Had full english and the coffee was delicious. We would stay again, although it isn't as close to Hampton Court as it appears on the map.

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel. The staff were terrific. The breakfast superb. Location was good too but as we were going to Hampton court we thought we could walk it. On the map it looks quite close but it isn't. Its lots of one way streets and rivers! It wouldn't deter us from going back tho!

The staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable but the best part of it was the food. We had dinner in the hotel - 3 course - as part of my room. All portions were large, well cooked, piping hot and delicious. In fact we couldn't finish but didn't want to throw it away so we doggy bagged it. Didn't expect such nice food in a hotel restaurant. Well done.

The room didn't have a wardrobe, nowhere to hang clothes. There was no soap & bin in bathroom. And shower screen had marks. Surprising, because we checked in later than normal and they should have had enough time to make sure all was tiptop.

We have just returned from the most perfect stay. Polite and friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Impeccably clean and comfortable. Good value for money, especially the breakfast booked with reception upon check in, £12pp, buffet style and a great selection. Lots of parking available and taxis available to be booked from reception too. A lady on reception kindly printed some tickets for us too and we couldn’t be more grateful as I realised very last minute that these were needed for the Hampton Court Festival, thank you!

Just far enough out of Kingston to be quiet at night, great views from our balcony over the river. We used the hotel to visit London and Windsor and for the cost of an Uber and a day travel card it was great value. Cheaper than a days parking in either town. Best part of our stay was the excellent customer service of the staff. Everyone was attentive, friendly and welcoming.

The car park was free but a bit grubby. It would add some privacy if the balconies were screened from their neighbours in the next rooms,

The air conditioning worked well and was easy to set to my personal preference. Everywhere was clean and uncluttered. The pillow choices were good. The breakfast choices were well-cooked and prepared with friendly staff serving. The time slots were a good idea to save everyone arriving at the same time. A very enjoyable stay.

The car park had short posts to mark parking positions. They were difficult to see as low down. There was a rowdy wedding party on this particular night which made me feel rather unsafe.

The staff were excellent in their customer service particularly the resturant staff Christian and the other lovely ladies that worked with him. The chief is unbelievable and everything thing he cooked was excellent. The reception staff are trained to the highest standards. The room was clean and furnished with great attention. Royality could stay there and fell comfortable. My favourite hotel so far. Nothing was too much trouble. Well Done this should be the standard of British hotels.

That we could not stay longer

We stayed here for our 10 year wedding anniversary and had a lovely relaxing time. Even though there was a large wedding party going on in the hotel, it did not disrupt our stay. The location is perfect and the view was stunning. We had breakfast the following morning and that was excellent too. Parking was great and the room was clean and comfortable.

I can honestly say that there was not anything I did not like about the property.

The Staff were awesome, i celebrated my birthday in style with the help of all staff. The room was brilliant as staff had prepared a suprise for me. Good room with good view of the river Thames and balcony. The whole staff were awesome. My birthday dinner was brilliantly cooked. Breakfast awesome. I will return again. Well done everyone. All the staff at the front desk were polite and professional.

Parking kids were messing about with their bikes and roller skates at the parking slots.

Hotel and staff were lovely very friendly, couldn’t have asked for anymore in the room, spacious and very clean with a beautiful view. Only 1 small down full there was no menu for children for evening meal. Breakfast was very nice and lots to choose from. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come again.

No faults with the hotel only thing that would have made it 100% stay is if there was a children’s food menu
