Excellent tapas and great location between Claygate (nearer) and Esher train stations with a good regular bus service and footpaths from the doorstep plus very dog friendly including the bedrooms. Coffee is very good indeed (although one 'Flat White' came out as a latte/cafe con leche) plus there is a very tasty small range of cooked breakfast options included (Priceline/Booking says continental, it's not - check menu on Swan Inn website). Big bathroom with large shower cubicle. Lunch and dinner offers Monday to Thursday. Staff great, attentive and plentiful.

Bedroom very small (bed very comfortable though) and TV didn't work (freeview and streaming and wasn't fixed on 2nd day despite asking for it to be addressed). Vegetarian paella was not what I was expecting, perhaps a take on it but didn't expect a creamy dish.

We stayed here for 2 nights as a base to visit Sandown races on Saturday, it’s situated a nice 15 minute walk to Esher and 10 minutes walk to Claygate. The accommodation is wonderfully clean and modern, great showers and a warm welcome. The breakfast, which was included in the price was exceptional. Fresh juices, great coffee and fresh locally sourced produce, no expense was spared. We had a lovely tapas meal on Saturday evening after the races, every dish was beautiful, great Sangrias as well! We would highly recommend and will definitely book again when staying in the area.

Room, whilst compact, has everything needed and was very clean and welcoming. Great shower. The room was located in a small separate block of 6 and was private and secure. Great welcome and a good breakfast. Also ate in the pub/restaurant on site as didn't want to drive elsewhere. Excellent food, if a little pricey, more restaurant than pub. Limited parking but on road is available close by, didn't really cause any issues.

It's a lovely place with great indoor and outdoor (in rear garden area) eating, however, it is more restaurant than pub. In fact it's a tapas restaurant and you may need to book to get in. This also means it's maybe a little more pricey than the name 'Inn' would suggest. Food was, however, excellent.

Lovely courtyard entrance, surrounded by aesthetically pleasing houses and greenery on all sides. The Inn staff were cordial, helpful and welcoming. The hotel room was spacious, smelt nice, and very clean. The bathroom was large, with a walk in shower and motion sensor night lights. The temperature of the room was well adjusted. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and very filling. There was three options but they were good options.

The room was missing a breakfast tea, but I only realised after the Inn was closed! The wifi was not readily available and we ended up giving up on trying to connect.

Friendly staff from checkin, at dinner and breakfast. The Spanish dinner special was excellent value and a lot of tasty food (though the paella was slightly over salted for our palates). The bed was comfortable (though a double and not a king) and the bathroom modern and spacious. It’s in a great location and you can easily walk into Claygate. It’s on a surprisingly busy junction at rush hour, but it was all very quiet at bedtime and we had a restful night’s sleep.

Wines by the bottle were on the slightly expensive side. Only one bath towel and ropey second hand hangers in the room. The sloping ceilings in the room were a bit challenging.

I like the accommodation itself and the fact it's next to the pub/restaurant away from the noise. I like how comfortable the bed and pillows are. Plus, a working air-con, too, with a full-length mirror in the room, and i can easily stand in front of the nirror in the bathroom for easy make-up application. The hot cooked breakfast is excellent and even better because it's included. Parking onsite and free, too. These are the main reasons I like to stay here when I can.

I didn't like that on my 2nd stay, I was given room no.3.and from 22:30pm the TV goes off and none of the power sockets in the room was working, but the lights and air-con was still working though. I did report it upon checking out, so hopefully, they would have gotten to the root of the issue before the next guest. There was also no chair in this room compared to one of the other rooms from my 1st stay.

The room was immaculate. Very modern. Lovely design and comfortable. When we arrived, the pub was busy - lots of people outside in the sunshine, eating. The staff quickly and efficiently checked us in and showed us to our room. No 1 upstairs is a great position. No 2 is also upstairs - ask for one of these. We were meeting friends a short walk away, and the Swan was perfect for us. The next morning, we only just made it to breakfast as we slept so well. Breakfast was very good. Efficient and tasty. The staff were all very helpful, smiley and obviously got on well with each other - so nice to see a team working together, very smooth. We'll definitely come again when we're back in Esher.

Gorgeous room. I stay in lots of places and this was exceptional. Spotlessly clean, modern bedroom and bathroom. Good to have choice of rain or smaller shower as don't always want to wash hair and rain shower only forces this. Fluffy large white bath sheets, lovely quality, full sized hand and shower products. Ground coffee and cafetierre and good quality tea bags and plenty of milk. Lovely comfy bed and quite location. Tapas food in the restaurant was delicious and huge portions, Breakfast was delicious and the best I have had in a long time, I liked being asked how I would like my Spanish omelette and scrambled eggs cooked.

It's a tiny thing, but would be nice to have some biscuits to go with the tea/coffee in the room when arriving after a long day when no lunch break or food managed

The service was fantastic. The room was lovely, decorated beautifully. Great location for Hampton Court Palace. The breakfast included was amazing, all fresh home cooked products with unlimited onrage juice & coffees - would come for the breakfast alone!

The tea/coffee making facilities - the spoons were dirty & the coffee/tea/sugar were just loose in a pot. Not very hygienic. I appreciate to cut down on waste they have put loose coffee granules/loose sugar cubes in a glass pot to use instead of having inidivudal packets, but by not knowing who last used it (or how hygienic the last guests were) put me off completely of using it.

Traditional pub that’s been totally modernised and now has modern Spanish feel. The bonus is having a Jose Pizzaro restaurant on site which lived up to his London restaurant’s. The rooms had been recently renovated and were modern, clean and had fabulous bathrooms. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble to ensure our stay was perfect.

We managed to park outside the building but it is limited. however, there was a quiet lane next to the Inn where you could park.
