The room was to a superb standard, clean, spacious, had a mini fridge, fan, proper size pillows and not ones flat as pancakes, plenty of storage, tv, coffee and tea as much as you like which is fab, and even a dining room table with a couple chairs. Fantastic views of the seafront. A brief walk to Weymouth town centre, and all on the flat. Gary, the owner, was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, constantly asking if we were alright and if there was anything else he could get us. I have a dietary requirement, and Gary saw to it that my breakfast was prepared to how I needed it, which was greatly appreciated. A lovely chap and a credit to the establishment. We will be back.

Great location , close to the beach and restaurants. Close to Sea Life in Weymouth which is well worth the visit. Our room was spacious, clean and must have been refurbished recently as the bathroom was spotless. Room had all the amenities you expect. I appreciated the super soft towels, very comfy bed and extras for kids like books and toys for the beach. I was surprised how quiet the place was (in a good way). We did not hear the neighbours or any noises from the street so had a good , relaxing break. The hosts were super nice and happy to help. I cannot rate the breakfast as we did not have it there. I recommend to Families and couples .

We stayed here for 7 nights. Warm and friendly welcome, with a nice cup of tea. The room and facilities were very good and clean. and comfortable (a bit querky to get on to the balcony through the widow) that has a lovely sea view over the bay.Excellent breakfast. Nothing was to much trouble for host Garry and Pam.Thanks both for our enjoyed stay with you. We highly recommen this place. Babs and Frank.

As the place is situated on the main road the traffic is a bit noisy when the window is open.

Excellent hosts! Friendly and always available to help. We all really loved it. They went above and beyond. The breakfast room has gorgeous views to the sea. There is no parking but they were able to provide us with a guest permit for a nearby car park. Excellent location, we didn'tneed to use the car at all, walking distance to everything. Our little one loved the biscuits and hot chocolate that were provided in the room as complimentary refreshments. There were children books to borrow for reading and colouring. Warm hospitality and family friendly.

Breakfast arrangements in morning were excellent. Room accommodation was excellent. Toilet, bathroom and shower facilities were clean, efficient and usable. Owners of Edenhurst Guesthouse are friendly, organised and approachable. Other members of staff present have excellent work routines and conducted themselves.

There was nothing my mum and I found disappointing when we stayed at the Edenhurst Guesthouse. There was no problems or inconveniences during our stay there. The owners did keep on top of their responsibilities and were very approachable if we had any queries and questions.

The location is unbeatable, right in front of the middle of the beach. We booked a sea view room and we were not disappointed. The guesthouse is family run and the owners are really nice and friendly. We were given free parking permits for a big car park that was within 5 minutes walk. Breakfast was really nice and they went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The room and ensuite were very clean, the bed was comfy and there was a little mini fridge in the room with bottled water which was a nice little touch and we also had a fan in the room which was handy to have during the night. If you are looking for place to stay to explore the Jurassic coast there is no better option.

Although my room was very small, single No. 2, it had every thing I needed, extra bonus was the mini fridge, room was spotless, also was good to be at rear of the buidling as no traffic noice, breakfast was lovely and made to order, location was excellent close to all facilities, beach front close to bus stops and train station, very pleasant hosts

Excellent central location right opposite sea. My room was small and certainly no view (brick wall) but a perfectly adequate place to sleep and watch TV. Being at the back of the building the room was quiet (no traffic noise). The very comfortable bed was very clean, as was the room. The breakfast was excellent and I particularly liked the decoration of the breakfast room. It was light and airy and adorned with bunting (coincided with a festive weekend). The outside looked welcoming and attractive with plants and coloured lights.

On arrival I was let in by a young person. Member of staff or relation of hosts? I was shown to my room and given the key but I would have liked a bit more of a “greeting”. There was a leak under the sink in the bathroom though this didn’t impact my use. There were creaky floorboards in the hall outside my room but fortunately only one bedroom beyond mine.

The view is beautiful. Awesome that there is a working balcony with deck chairs and provided table. Great for relaxing or WFH as you enjoy the view of the beach and cliffs on the other side of the bay. The breakfast is delightful. The host was friendly and very accommodating. I requested for vegetarian meal so they had specific hot meal prepared separately from the other meals.

Very minor things: shower was a little small, and bed was also a little small, but this wasn't too much an issue for me (might be for someone taller/larger)

The guest house was very clean, the proprietors were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the room was very clean, lovely decorated, right across the road from the beach. Very close to all amenities and we left our bags at the guest house on our last day as we had travelled down by train. They were available for any questions and they had a lot of brochures about things you can do and see well staying.
