Unusual layout, up a flight of outside stairs, with a terrace that would be great in good weather, a separate kitchen & lounge area. Very clean. Bed very comfortable (& I'm a bad-backer, so not easily pleased). Private parking. Location great both for the town itself & nearby facilities, 5 mins drive to Clumber Park, with Sherwood Forest also nearby. It's above a restaurant but was surprisingly quiet in the room. Interesting, quaint building & excellent value for money.

Shower wasn't brilliant, barely made it to luke-warm.

Being a contractor who has worked all over the country i feel like I'm well qualified in the field of digs/accommodation etc and hand on heart I can honestly say that for the price these people charge this is one of if not the best I've stayed in. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds are super comfy and the lounge/kitchen area have everything you need and there's even a washing machine. Nothing is to much trouble for Rob and his wonderful wife. This was my first stay at casia rooms but it certainly won't be our last as I'll be re-booking as soon as I finish this review I would recommend this place to anyone and considering how things are these days you certainly get a lot of bang for your buck so thank you Rob/Amy we'll be seeing you again very soon 😊

Nothing to dislike

Friendly owner... 5 min walk into town with free parking.. large comfortable bed and good size room. Large TV and wifi. Large common room and kitchen if you wanted to cook own food..coffee and tea available in communal room..... also 10% off if eating in the Thai restaurant downstairs....

Minor issues but plug socket not near a mirror so could not dry hair and straighten as no mirror near a plug... cups in the communal area were not clean... and metal steps up to the room were very slippy in the wet... so be aware when going down with heavy bags..

The water was lovely and hot for the shower. The bed was really comfortable. Good range of TV channels including net flix

Found it difficult to get in contact with the owner to gain entry. The buzzer on the wall doesn't work and the phone number just kept ringing and no answer. We ended up sending a email and then had to wait for a response.

Rob and Amy are great hosts. I was super late in the evening reaching Worksop, and Rob not only took my call but also picked us up from the station. Amy also cooked a nice meal for us both, despite the kitchen being officially closed that evening. I couldn't have asked for more. Rooms are nice, it's a very cosy comfy place. Next time in Worksop, I know I am going there again.

Nothing, ha ha!

Greeted by a friendly host, and shown a large clean room with a king sized bed. Also had use of a guest sitting room/kitchen which was unexpected and very nice. Well located for a short walk into town or a visit to Clumber Park. In the evening I ate in the Thai restaurant where there was an additional discount.

Nothing, for the 1 night stay that was there.

Location easy to get to, On-site parking, I didn't have an issue but it is a bit limited, it serves the rooms and restaurant below the rooms so it could get full very easily at certain times of day as there are only about six spaces. No breakfast is included as is room only, but there is a large well-equipped kitchen should you want to cook your own. BUT Wethersppon's is a short walk away and does a very good breakfast for an incredibly cheap price. The Lion is also recommended. The rooms are also above a Thai restaurant but didn't get a chance to visit it, unfortunately. Room was very large and comfortable and has a large smart TV, Freeview was playing up but so is mine at home. Everything was very clean, including the kitchen communal sitting area.

Creaky floor. Water supply is a bit limited if someone in another room is using shower at same time but for very modest price nothing to complain about really.
