Auburn Lodge near University

The staff was very friendly. Checking in and out was also super easy and simple. The rooms were better than I thought they'd be for the price. I'd honestly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Auburn for a night. I was worried after reading the reviews on Google, but everything exceeded my expectations.

The only thing that set me off about the place was that there were a few bugs. I thoroughly checked the bed and other places there could be more, but I didn't find any. The place looks really clean, which is why it surprised me. Cleaning services were trying to start before I even checked out. You can tell they're on top of things.

I called the girl at the night desk because we were getting in late. She checked us in and was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was super clean and a great value and centrally located near the university. Pet was no issue.

They reaaaallly wanted us out right at 11 (understandable but they were right on the money). Doors to enter and exit we’re kind of clunky.

Not enough parking spots, Auburn Police patrol. (good thing). we got parking tickets 2 cars from them for parking in the 2 handicap spots at 2:00 am in morning , That were right in our front door. there were no spots anywhere and we were 2 women alone True bad girl ! we were told it would be ok that late at night for safety reasons and practical reasons There were no spots…. My fault I’ll pay the $100. EACH x 2.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. Check in and check out went smoothly as well. I recommend staying here!

There wasn't an elevator or wheelchair accessible rooms. That would be the only complaint I have for this establishment.

The breakfast was really good. Eggs and sausage with bread and little muffins. They also had cereal and a waffle maker. It was right off the interstate, next to a Waffle house, near Wal-Mart and just 2.5 miles from the Auburn campus.

It is a traditional motel with no elevator and every door opens to the outside and there is no pool.

We loved the breakfast. We were in town for AU homecoming and were very busy with events. The Auburn Lodge gave us a great location and was very quiet and comfortable for rest after our busy day!

It didn’t have a gym or recreation room like other places but it was great nonetheless.

THE LOCATION WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, VERY NICE AND CONFORTABLE ROOM. BED WAS VERY GOOD AND THE BATHROOM WAS CLEAN AND PERFECT FOR ONE TO TWO PEOPLE.

PARKING COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER, MORE SPACE. THE BREAKFAST NEEDS SOME WORK, THE FOOD WAS HOT BUT NOT ENOUGH VARIETY TO CHOOSE FROM.

The breakfast is superb; and the hotel location is great with easy access to the main road and nice places; and of course the University of Auburn. Additionally all the staff in the hotel are friendly, easy-going, helpful, etc.

Honestly, I can't remember anything I didn't like; except that one of the vending machines (for snacks & drinks) seems to be faulty. It took my money, little though, and didn't dispense the item. I reported this but I understand the hotel is not in control of the machine. I think this should be looked at. Nonetheless, this little problem "does not take the shine off" from this wonderful hotel.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was available. Great value and location was perfect for us. We will definitely return. We normally travel with a pet (we didn't this time), but it is pet friendly and that is a plus for us.

We were pleased with everything. Nothing I can think of that we didn't like. The staff was so very friendly and helpful. It was so very clean. Hotel, inside and out, is very well maintained. I felt very safe here.

The Lodge was convenient to everything. The Lady at the front desk was so very helpful and treated not only myself but everyone who came in like Family! Our room was very comfortable and clean. We had no complaints at all!
