Overall, the property was clean.The room smelled fairly good. The bathroom was clean.

The carpet needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. The hallway had an odor. The comforter needs to be replaced. It had stains. The towels were dingy. A little bit before checkout at 11 AM someone from the staff tried to enter the room without knocking. I went to the front desk to tell them about it. He didn’t think it was an issue. He stated that sometimes people don’t call to check out and the housekeeper was looking for rooms to clean. I tried to explain to him that they should knock first and should at least until 11 AM before entering rooms.

the room was spacious and comfortable. everything worked ( a low bar, I know, but that's what it's come to )

It was our first visit to this property- it was a little hard to find. The breakfast was ok, but not up to the usual CI&S standards. The worst part was our room location: at the end of the hall right where the stairwell ends and the outside door is. It started banging at 6am, 2 hours before we get up. Surely those doors could be equipped with soft close units!

The location was great. Easy booking. Bed was comfortable. Price was great

The staff didn't seem to be able to handle complex situations from other guests which then trickled into their inability to be focused on the next guests questions and concerns. Requested extra towels as our room came with 3 sets and the booking was for 5. Was told that towels would be brought when they were finished washing but that never happened. Saw the housekeeper on our floor before going out for the day and requested them to be left in my room but that never happened. Needless to say, we used the beach towels that we had brought from home. Bed linens were stained from previous guests. They smelled clean but you all need to dispose of stained linen that doesn't come clean when washed

Great location, quiet and close to a lot of different dining options. Very clean property and room. Stayed overnight after a medical procedure at UAB. It was only a short drive from both the Kirklin Clinic and UAB Hoover clinic.

Room stayed a bit too warm for our liking. It would have been great if the a/c had been turned on before check in, room was 75 degrees and it took quite some time for it to cool off.

Property is new, fresh look, with every thing you need

Breakfast was not fresh. Bagels were stale, after toasting it became like a rock! Brown sugar was in an open container became a solid block. Coffee was unacceptable , watered down . The same coffee pot was kept till afternoon obviously was not changed and was left sitting in the lobby for a warm welcome to their guests with. Cold coffee.

I love that it is off the highway, in the back and is quiet. Near plenty of shopping and restaurants. Only took 15 minutes to get to UAB in morning rush hour traffic. This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed here, it’s my go to when I have to stay over for a test or procedure.

Wish the a/c had been turned on before arrival. It was a bit stuffy but didn’t take long to cool down.

This was my first encounter with this hotel and I travel a lot. This location was perfect. It was surrounded by any and everything you need. The room was clean from front to back or I wouldn't have been there!! The beds are very comfortable, bathroom was fully stocked with more than enough toiletries, and it was quiet. I only stayed one night but it was a very pleasant experience. There is an outside pool that was available for use which was good. The breakfast was excellent at this location. There are not too many hotels who believe in flavor.... well if you want a breakfast straight from your moms kitchen this is the place. Staff was the best from beginning to end. I would definitely come back here!!!! Thank you Country Inn & Suites by Radisson

I liked everything nothing bad to say

Came here for my bday weekend. Room was clean and comfy. The pool and hot tub were clean and usable. Staff was great.

After check out had to go back to our room and the lady in housekeeping accused us of damaging the extra blanket. The blanket was frayed and worn when we got it. Went back to the front desk and spike to that guy there. Also not a fan of the $50 deposit I didn't see that in the booking and was caught off gaurd.

It was very clean and staff were all wonderful

They were in the middle of remodeling the hotel, so it was not up to par. But it was not too bad. The breakfast wasn't very good. The eggs were rubbery and the sausage was bland. The good part was fresh fruit and waffles but I wasn't in the mood for waffles

The location was wonderful and the complimentary breakfast was good. The staff was very professional but not overly personable. The air conditioning was amazing.

The beds weren't the most comfy, and the pillows were very small and not very useful. When I requested two more, I never received them. Also, one of the light bulbs in the bathroom kept flickering.
