Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham/Lakeshore Drive

Close to to the freeway 65 very clean, staff was very friendly. Rooms were nicely decorated and beds very comfortable. Bathrooms clean and nice. Rooms had Keurig coffee pots and microwave and refrigerator.

The only thing we found wrong with the room was the refrigerator was enclosed in a cabinet and the outside of it got very hot because there is no ventilation for it so we left the door of the cabinet open. Didn’t seem safe.

I did not have breakfast. The location is great, it is located near restaurants and shopping centers are within walking distance. The hotel itself has amazing food and drinks. The cleanliness of the hotel is what I love the most.

Everything is always good. I truly have no complaints about any stay I have ever had at the Hilton. The staff and the check-in process are always easy and helpful in accommodating my needs.

Staff was very friendly - we were in town for Talladega Race so I asked what he knew about Talladega and he suggested what time we should leave to be there, which was helpful. Hotel was very nice - clean, spacious, and a safe location.

No complaints.

The front desk staffing. They went above and beyond to reassure that we were made comfortable. The chef was extremely awesome the server everyone deserves a Kudos 👍

The bedroom could have been a little cleaner and also I didn’t like that they clean the rooms everyday

Everyone was so friendly, i would stay there again. When I got to breakfast it was over, but the nice woman told me to take whatever I wanted, and the coffee was great!

I had the impression the bed linens weren’t fresh. They didn’t smell fresh.

Property is currently undergoing a renovation. That said, the renovation work did not affect our stay in anyway. The staff was friendly and they do were following COVID safety and cleaning practices.

Couldn’t get the light blocking window shade in the room to move up or down. It seemed to be installed too tightly against the upper window frame. Fortunately, it was set about 85-90% of the way down for the night, which was good enough for sleeping.

facility was beautiful, rooms were clean, pool wasn’t too cold, beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious.

no change machine in laundry room and no change available at front desk. when booking it said breakfast included, but it was apparently only for Hilton premier members.

I liked just about everything the staff was tremendously welcoming the place was nice and clean smelled sanitized and the food was delicious

There wasn’t anything I did not like about the property.
