The property was in good condition. Staff was pretty nice and my hallway was very quiet during my stay.. However, things need to be updated on the inside of hotel.

Elevator messed up while I was on it( Thankfully I was able to get off before it got stuck). Lady bugs were in our hotel room.. The bathtub could’ve been cleaner.. Beds and pillows weren’t as comfortable.. Room needs to be repainted in certain areas and bathroom doorknob needs to be fixed.

Great location! Not a lot of traffic and close to stores and restaurants. It was very clean, quiet, and peaceful.

The staff at check in. We were not greeted, stood there a few minutes and was only asked “you got a reservation?” Also not informed about a deposit. Only when I asked about the difference of the total. I was then told about the deposit. All other things i needed i googled to not be a bother.

our comforter on the bed wasn’t clean but they did replace it when asked the bathroom could have been cleaner our fridge didn’t get cold and the breakfast cook his food was over salted and the pancakes were under cooked after paying 30$ I had to end up getting cereal, the young Lady that’s the night cook was amazing her food was great the night bar tender can’t remember his name was amazing he definitely went above and beyond amazing staff

Had eye surgery and had to spend night for next day checkup. Very comfortable, quiet and restaurant had excellent burger for him & perfect salad with grilled salmon for me. Breakfast was excellent as well. Going to stay there again in a few weeks.

I love where the hotel is at. Tucked away in the hills and trees. It’s such a beautiful Location. It’s so cozy. The staff is always so friendly and professional. This was my 8th time to stay at this hotel. It’s the only one I stay at when I come to Birmingham.

Breakfast was unnecessarily expensive.

Location great. Willing staff - payment of the stay - I settled with the receptionist at 4 o'clock in the morning with complications on two different accounts.

Very bad chip card - door didn't open right away - had to try like 10 times. Bathroom - I definitely prefer a shower over a bath. I'm a smoker - you couldn't buy matches or a lighter at the reception.

I liked everything about the property. The staff, the building, the room, everything was nice.

The only thing I did not like was the smell that would not leave the bathroom and the fridge not being plugged up. Other than that, the stay was perfect and I will be returning

Although the pool seemed clean, certain things looked quite dated and didn’t match the new and modern look of the rest of the hotel. I noticed a lot of rust on vents and in bathroom in pool area.

The hotel is very clean and has recently been updated. The hotel is easy to find and in a safe area with a well lit parking lot. The beds were comfortable. A small refrigerator and microwave in the room was convenient. The room had plenty of electric outlets and counter space.

Our room key did not work upon arrival. The staff was not as efficient in correcting the issue as I would have hoped. The cleaning service knocked on our door at 9:00 am and even attempted to open the door. I was in the restroom and could not answer the door quick enough. I was thankful we had used the security lock on the door. Check-out is not until 11:00 so I thought this was inappropriate.
