excellent: location , stuff , 24/7 , parking - always parking can be found neer an entrance ( few entrances), 2 great meals a day very rich, quiet location , swimming pool indoor and outdoor, gim , I asked in advance some request and they fulfill it completely, the room size is fantastic, more like a small apartment than an hotel room , the hotel has many access from the parking to the building with a doors opened with your electronic room door keys, with more than one elevator- very good one of the best value for money ive’ ever been. Recommended

only 2 things where not in the same level of all the others fetures : 1. one is the wifi which was horrible - almost no reception of wifi at the room , i had to work with my cell data and it is not acceptable ( i told them more than once but apparently its the wifi infrastructure that is bad , 2. the wooden furniture inside the hotel need much renew , 3. they shuld clean the elevators more than once a day sometimes kids spill food and it can be stikey, if they will fix these issues they will be amazing.

The kick-off dinner was much better than expected. While the rates were higher than I usually pay elsewhere I think the amenities and meals (Breakfast & Kick-Off) made the price tolerable. I think if rates were overall 10-15% less it would be more appropriate and arguably a better value for what is offered versus other hotel brands. The price point could be decreased overall 10-15%. I almost canceled and booked with Choice Hotels but we traveled with friends who were already booked there and we didn't want to be at a separate. I would likely stay again. Breakfast could be a little more diverse perhaps sausage one day, bacon one day, ham one day, and then repeat. Also, the eggs must have been powdered or tasted like it anyway. Bring out real scrambled eggs. Maybe alternate between scrambled eggs and an omelet station.

The area looked very nice and safe. We were traveling back home so it was just an overnight stay. In at 9 pm out at 645am. Clean and convenient. Breakfast wasn’t ready until 7am Sunday morning so we didn’t get that. But coffee, juice and fruit was ready.

I did not like the bedding. The duvet was under the sheet. So the bottom sheet and duvet is what you were to sleep between. I assumed a duvet is not as sanitized as a sheet. I maybe wrong. Yes the sheet was on the top like a bed spread. I kicked the duvet all the way down. Was not comfortable with this arrangement.

The food, the "happy hour", the room very clean, bed comfortable, employees friendly, great atmosphere.

Although the elevators where in and out at times, and my first night, an outside accident, affected the TV, there was nothing I didn't like. I needed the exercise (walked the stairs) and I needed the rest (no tv)Soooo, no real complaints. Plus the staff was very apologetic. And, I was celebrating my birthday; therefore, I was glad to be alive. No need to complain. Made the best out of something that was fixable and to my advantage. 😊

The rooms were spacious for our stay with sports equipment. Breakfast food and Kickback time were great. Kids loved having popcorn all the time. Front desk staff were amazing.

The size of the food area was small. With having many sports teams and the hotel completely booked, there was not enough seating for everyone to enjoy breakfast or kickback without seating without tables or adults standing for kids to have access to tables.

Dustin was a great addition to our night at the Drury. He was kind to us, our girls, and our friends! Above and beyond in hospitality.

We have been staying at Drury Inn & Suites for over five years. The prices on a room have gone up quite a bit. I am apart of the rewards program however, booking ALWAYS has a cheaper rate for Drury and I earn rewards to use toward future bookings. For loyalty customers the rewards program needs to offer better incentives.

well lite parking, clean and spacious room, friendly staff and very informative. offered nite time finger food and drinks. was not able to enjoy the nighttime gathering or the breakfast. had surgery the next day. overall an excellent place to stay.

Needs to add snack machine. A little expensive for a night stay for nearby hospital. would be nice to offer discount to people staying because of need to be in hospital. could show bracelet from pre-opt the day before.

Everything. The indoor outdoor pool. The vending room. Breakfast and dinner with free drinks. The beds were very comfortable. I should have simply booked with the hotel because they offer a discount to people having things done at Grandview hospital

There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. I am not have with booking.com because I would have gotten the room much cheaper with them.

From the moment of check in with a smile to the super clean rooms a d so.e of the best food I have every had at a hotel... breakfast was so good (wish they would of changed it up eat day but it was great anyways) kick back was so nice ... beds were so comfy

Popcorn was never up and running when we would come down but I believe some kids ruined that by sticking hands in it...

The breakfast was wonderful, the person at breakfast was friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day, and I appreciated that too.

Dinner was very good except for Wednesday evening, the staff member over dinner was not friendly, not smiling, and not helpful. When several of us dining asked for chili that was scraped empty. She rudely told us she was not putting anything else out for us at 45 minutes of seven.
