It is close to the airport while not being so close as to have noise issues. It's in much better shape than the two older, shabbier looking hotels just outside the airport. The kids enjoyed the pool, which didn't get too deep. Breakfast looked like it would've been nice, but getting to the airport by 4am meant we had to leave before it was available.

The room was quite cold upon entering, but we quickly discovered the floor around the AC was soaked. I called down to let them know and they said they'd be happy to move us if we needed it, but we decided for our short stay to make due. Hopefully this isn't a recurring thing. The biggest issue for us was that something set off all of our allergies quite badly. Initially I figured perhaps the pillows were down, though they didn't feel it. As we left for checkout, I noticed a hanger inside the door handle for you to put on the outside handle if you had animals in the room. I realized the room must have been pet friendly. I've not run into that problem before, so I'll have to remember that for future bookings.

First room was very damp musty smelling maybe the ac or carpet? We asked to be moved and the room across the hall. Also kind of smelled that way but we ended up two doors down from that one and it was perfectly fine so I don’t know what the issue was but the lady that greeted us when we got there and handled, this was great and very friendly and courteous, just overall nice person! Hall carper needs cleaned. Elevator rickety. Surprising for a Hilton owned.

Staff was wonderful

My complaint is not about the property. My complaint is about booking.com. Apparently the credit card they used to book my room was denied and I could not get in touch with anybody to straighten it out. Eventually the hotel got through but I had to sit in the lobby and wait for the room that I had paid for two weeks earlier.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was amazing the gentleman at the door the night we arrived was so helpful and the lady that was preparing breakfast the next morning was delightful and cheery!We will stay here again on our way to the beach!

The coffee makers in the rooms are in the bathroom. There were several other places it could have been. We cleaned our and moved it under the TV and felt better about it. The room was clean and the beds were super comfy!

Despite the room we went to initially was not cleaned up and that the key cards were not working, the staff was super quick in getting us a new room. Thank you to the staff for being awesome and accommodating. .

I understand that everywhere we go to the prices for hotels and such will increase but it would have been a better price for it to be at least under 110 versus 155 plus dollars.

Good, the waffle iron was missing (the oil spray & syrup was on the counter).

The ironing board was hard to open (possibly rusty) and then I couldn't close it, so I left it for housekeeping to figure it out.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with ample choices. The attendant was very helpful.

The price for the room was high. It seemed like the elevator needed maintenance and didn’t have a postering of when maintenance was last completed.

Breakfast was nice and fresh. The attendant was very courteous and helpful. I am looking to move to the area. Staff was very friendly and informative. Did not get inpatient with ALL my questions.

This location is listed to have a level 2 electric charger in premise. They DO NOT! However, the is one next door that is ppen to the public but of course it's risky leaving your vehicle unattended.

the girl at the front desk with braces was really nice and i loved her . she made me feel like i was at home and help with all my needs.

the water in the bathtub didn't get hot all that's about it .

The pool is great. Front desk and cleaning staff are attentive and friendly.

The breakfast and coffee counter tended to run out of things, e.g. yogurt at breakfast; black tea at coffee counter. Staff were not keeping track.
