The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room and property was outstanding. I Transferred from La Quinta in Birmingham - Inverness. It was a very dirty floor in room. Showed video of floor to manager he simply said “I’ll have housekeeping take care of it!” Offered no apology or compensation.

I frequently travel with my small dog. Hard to find motels that are pet friendly. I have recently discovered that all La Quintas are pet friendly. I am also retired so value is important. The room rate was higher than other properties. I did get a slight break because I am a veteran. I mentioned the other La Quinta in Inverness but was told that it is a franchise so each property works independently. Unfortunately, Prosperities like Inverness bring down the whole chain. Cleanliness should be a universal standard not something you pay extra for!

The rooms were clean & the staff was exceptionally friendly. They were going through a renovation & the gym, laundry, & breakfast bar were out of order. They were sure to make this known on their website as well as when we checked in. They accommodated by providing breakfast bags to go each morning as well as 24 hour coffee & hot chocolate. This hotel is close to so many restaurants & businesses.

We could have used one more light over the long mirror in the section where the beds are for the purpose of having a little more convenience when getting ready.

Easy access from the highway, friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean facility and room, quite a few restaurants and stores nearby, nice continental breakfast spread. Perfect for our stay on our way home. I would stay here again.

There was a damp smell and voices were easily heard from the hallway inside the room. The elevator could have been marked better. It was the same colors and almost same size as the room doors and we walked right past it.

We were very happy being able to find a good place to stay at the last minute on our travels. Very clean, bed very comfortable, staff wa super nice, morning breakfast good.

The only things we would recommend doing to make it even more pleasant would be to fix the side entrance on the backside parking lot. We had to hold the door open with a rock to get in. Secondly, either the floor was not washed or a cleaning solution used causes socks to be very dirty looking.

We looked at plenty of reviews and this place seemed to have the best reviews. Worked out fine for us to rest a bit before heading back on the road.

The only thing I disliked was a leathery man that literally was getting off the elevator and got back on to talk to me an entire floor. He kept asking if I wanted a boyfriend. He ended up getting back on to get back to his floor, but that was super uncomfortable. Just gross. Weirdo.

I like that it was conveniently located and relatively small, so it was very easy to access the room and be close to my car. Also liked that breakfast was available at 6 AM.

overall, it was very pleasant. I could notice a few areas where plaster was off the walls or minor defects were in the room and hallways, but that was no problem for me. Did not affect my stay at all.

The location was perfect for my commute downtown. The stay was very quiet and not disruptive. I would definitely stay again as I have before in the past. It never disappoints. Staff is extremely pleasant and accommodating.

There's always room for improvement, but for the most part my stay went extremely well and I didn't have any negative comments to offer. That's a great start.

My partner and I stayed at 3 hotels between Alabama and Missouri in the last 5 days and this was BY FAR the best hotel. The shower pressure and height was comfortable, the bed was soft and the blankets just thick enough. They offered a blow dryer in the room which made it easier to shower so late in the evening. Plus we arrived at 10 p.m. and the staff was still friendly and accomodating

There is A LOT of road work happening around the hotel, no fault of their own. Making it difficult to access the hotel. The AC could use work as it did not really cool the room down. However we traveled with a fan so we were able to stay cool.

I enjoyed the quietness, the location, and the staff. I enjoyed that laquinta welcomed pets. That’s the main reason I chose this location. I will definitely go back when I visit Birmingham

It’s dog friendly but no designated place for dogs outside and no doggie bags outside. But I took him to the pine needle in the back, it was fine out there.

the location and the new renovated room I loved the design of the lobby area and our Customer Service Rep was very professional and courteous.

Was looking forward to a continental breakfast but all amenities were temporarily closed. my daughter reported someone attempted to enter her room at 11pm but thankfully she had the top lock on. they were able to use their keycard ???
