Great location, easy off the interstate. Rates were reasonable, was surprised at the rate actually. Will definitely join membership as I am changing from another chain that I have had for 15 years however their properties have degraded.

I thought i was booking with Hampton, however when i checked in, I found out that I had booked from a outside party. They used the Hampton site. This is very disturbing to me as I had to use my credit card number to reserve. Now my number is out on the internet. Unfortunately there is nothing Hampton can do about this.

The breakfast was great!! So good and a good selection of hot and cold items.

The only thing was that our beds were definitely not a queen size. More like a full size bed. But they were comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. Wish the garbage truck and linen delivery wouldn't have been at. 4am but hey, we went right on back to sleep. Will definitely stay here again.

The first thing I noticed about this hotel is how good it smelled. The workers were so nice. The rooms were clean and nice. I forgot to get a picture when we checked in. So I have it a picture from the hotel room when we were checking out. 

There isn’t anything negative I could say about this hotel!

Great stop for couple for 1 night on a road trip. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Nice options. Room was nice size. Staff was friendly and helpful in changed our room from a first floor room near the lobby to an upper floor.

The hotel and rooms where clean. We checking in about 10:30 and the front desk lady was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and we even swam in the pool and it was clean and nice.

The only issue I had was the toilet over flowed as soon as we got there but we had no issues after that. The front desk came promptly and cleaned the mess.

serve your self Simple quick and good enough menu items to satisfy most taste We live in florida and I was in the orange juice processing business. Yours was very good.

I went off and left my lap top computer. You notified me that I had left it behind and I had you ship it to our local ups store. they told me they had returned it to sender because they were not able to get in touch with me. So you were sending it to my home address. So far I still do not have it. I hate putting you to all this bother, but would like to have a tracking number if you can provide me with one. Thanks Weir Alexander

The staff was literally the kindest staff I have ever encountered. also, they actually had FOUR working luggage carts, which meant you weren’t struggling to find one.

The car turnabout in the front for checkin is too small and awkwardly hilly

Booking.com overbooked this stay for me. However the amazing staff at Hampton Inn arranged for another comparable room at a neighboring hotel that had a very friendly staff and the room was very clean

The service was exceptional. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.

Getting to the hotel was a little complicated.

First thing I noticed was the smell! It smells so wonderful. The staff was so helpful and kind!  The facility was clean and an amazing breakfast
