The property was very clean and the room (king bed) was nicer than expected. There was a tall refrigerator and though the shower was compact it was new and still had plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast which included eggs, sausage patties,DYI waffles, along with bagels, toast, pastries, cereals etc was a pleasant surprise during these still COVID times. The hotel was right off the interstate for easy access. A good value for the price.
There was nothing about this properly that we didn’t like.

staff was friendly and it’s close to alot of restaurants and downtown.
They were currently renovating so some areas looked bad while some looked brand new, our room did smell like paint but it was not too bad, but smell was definitely there! Pool could have been a bit bigger and somewhat deeper but I understand not having something big at a small hotel like this.

Everything!!! Easy access from I-65, Front desk was very courteous and helpful(especially when a phone was left behind, they were on it.). The rooms were extremely clean and updated. Price range was very good 👍. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. And the coffee was Fresh!!

We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful desk clerk in the afternoon of May 26, 2021. The pool and chairs were nice and the walk to the nearby Mexican restaurant was delightful. Cullman is a nice town to tour.
We liked everything but the two desk personnel in the morning, who I believe were the owners. Unfriendly. Some simple lessons in courtesy (greeting us, acknowledging a guest, not talking loudly on her cellphone in the eating area with ignoring guests) would help immensely. Then our visit would be a 10.

The breakfast was very good. Complete with waffle maker, eggs & sausage. yogurt, bagels, cereal etc. I like the location with the hotel being right off of the interstate. Only thing was the fact that since my Sister lives in Cullman she knew that the Mental Health and the Methadone clinic was right across the main hwy behind the other two hotels there.
The hot water left a LOT to be desired turning it all the way on it was just a little warmer then taking a luke warm shower, along with the shower head being stopped up in room 112 preventing a relaxing showering with the massage shower head.

I think there was mold in the AC in our room. They moved us to another room with no problem, but I'm not sure they believed us about the smell in the AC.

Well, it may be a good thing that they're remodeling the rooms. The price more than likely will go up. But if it doesnt go up a lot, I'd stay here again.
