The room was horrible. Mildew in the refrigerator, microwave was nasty hadn’t been cleaned in forever, if you stay more than 1 day they don’t clean your room, you don’t get towels or toiletries without asking then they have a attitude. Went down one night for towels and they stated the would have some in 30 minutes so I waited until the next morning and go to get some and then they tell me that they don’t have any clean right now. They told me that the manager would contact me about the room and that was on a Thursday and we left on Sunday and nobody has contacted me yet. I went down every morning looking for the manager after they told me he would be there but I was always told he wasn’t in at the moment. Now I think the mold has made me sick

The location is good, the front lady at night was nice, we got the room at the 4 floor which is good because everything look clean especially the carpets were new .

The thing which I noticed that there were so much dust on everything, even there is dust at the front desk which can be seen easily, break fast was so limited just , bagel and coffee is the only thing I eat because there is nothing else.

Great staff, great location. Good rooms with plenty of accommodation and appliances!

I wish the water got hot! It was difficult to enjoy the nice bathroom with water SO cold! It seemed barely lukewarm every time I used the shower!

The room was a good size with queen bed and a couch and kitchenette. No stove. It has a nice counter separating bed from couch area with fridge, sink and microwave. Lots of cabinets but no utensils, plates, cup, etc. Located right next to a Waffle House. The price was the best around. There is a shopping area very close as well as a good choice of resturants. It is very close to 10 so you can hop right on to go to Mobile or to the beaches. Inside entry doors with elevator.

2 things that keep me from the highest rating. The carpet was dirty. To me this is a big deal. I dont want to walk on it with bare feet therefore I can never really feel comfortable. The lobby has a nice floor. Many hotels are going to tile or wood flooring. It is much easier to keep clean. 2nd was the entrance. I know the hotel can't change this but be aware when arriving from the west, you have to pass the hotel make a u turn to come back to the entrance. When you aren't familiar with the area and it is dark, it can be very confusing. I would have liked a huge sign for the hotel at street level. They have a small sign under the mailbox. Also you will be driving up a steep hill to enter.

The all of the staff was very nice to me and my family. Whatever I needed while there they give it to me and more. They were very funny and they go over and beyond for there guest

Good check in, comfortable mattress, no surprises with the billing.,great Mexican restaurant a couple doors down. Good access to the USS Alabama battleship.

Breakfast was pretty basic but enough to get my day started which is all I expect. Many places still advertise breakfast but don't even try.

The manager or guy that was there the night we stayed went ahead and charged my card for two rooms and my guest had not made it there yet.

The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was very helpful and accommodating. He moved us to a better room than what we were in. Helpful and kind through and through.

The first room that we were in smelled "wet/damp" and else the mattress felt wet to the touch. we ended up moving to a different room because of the listed reasons, but also the TV volume would never work.

Facility was under some renovations, so a little noisy, but to be expected. Staff was fantastic and friendly!!! Matt was awesome!

We love staying at the Microtel Inn & Suites in Daphne Al. We feel safe here, the staff is Awesome, the rooms are very comfortable/ suites our needs, it is close to all attractions from Mobile to Florida and more.
