Hampton Inn Mobile/East Bay

I love the breakfast ver much the lady who cook the breakfast was soo sweet she knew we were from out of town an came over made my family very welcome felt like family I told her she makes the best grits Tge guy who work the front desk was very nice I call him to inform him we were traveling from new orleans and were running late he assure us we can check in an out rom will be available He was soo friendly It made my day after a few rough hours on the road with my husband and kids I have family in monroe But every time we visit we will be staying here Bonus my kids enjoy the pool give the breakfast lady a raise she was the best

Staff was pleasant, breakfast was great and room amenities were nice.

Carpets in rooms need to be cleaned badly. Very dirty. Only one elevator was operational which caused quite a backup when checking out.

Loved the full size soaps and lotions with pumps that are attached to the walls. How convenient! Also I love having liquid hand soap which is so rare in a mid-lower class hotel. (We splurged a little staying here) breakfast was great. No complaints about the rooms. Location was fun! Saw an alligator in the water outside, and walked the board walk. Lots of interesting wildlife.

loved the location, alligators to see outside, the staff were courteous and helpful, the area was safe and convenient to location we needed to go to for work, and also for pleasure. bed and pillows were comfortable, very!!!

that i didn't have time to take advantage of the pool, fitness center, or to stay longer! There was so much to do and see in the area, i wish we had stayed more than one night. The bathrooms (shower specifically) could use an upgrade - especially for the price paid for the room. There were stains and it was very dated compared to everything else. But other than that, everything was wonderful.

The price. As I was checking in, I heard someone else getting a similar room for much less. I thought booking.com had the best prices. Guess I was mistaken.

The Bay view and balcony was great. My husband enjoyed the breakfast. The boardwalk to see wetlands and wildlife was great addition to the property we also were able to get in early which allowed us to visit more of the area

We returned after a football game and had to park in the back 40 which was a little dark

Location to the baseball tournament, shopping and restaurants.

1 elevator was working for 6 floors. The other was being renovated but while I was there, no one was working on it. This is going on during the warmer months and it will be down for about 2 months. It was crazy the weekend I was there. The place is older and getting remodeled. The front walkway and the back parking area were messing and at least needed some sweeping. I know about not being able to find enough workers but the main entrance is what every person sees when checking in. I love Hampton Inns and will be staying at them again. Sometimes just spraying Febreeze in the hallways make things much better! Thanks

Hotel was just fine.

Water comes out of faucet brown for 2-3 seconds. Concerned if it was drinkable. Parking could be very challenging if you have a Penske or U-Haul truck. We had a minivan with cargo Carrier and even then it was a challenge.

The hotel was immaculate!! The room was a nice size with a good view! The beds were most comfortable! Really enjoyed my stay!!

Pet friendly, very welcoming staff, and understanding of unexpected problem. Balcony room was great to look out to the Gulf of Mexico waters.

Everything was great except for the air conditioner, could not get it comfortable it was to cold.
