Location is very nice. Good parking. Comfortable bed. Nice shower.

I was VERY disappointed when we got there and the room was not what Booking showed in the pictures. Our room was nice but not what you show it to be. I discovered the pictures you say are the King room with walk in shower are really the King Suite. Imagine my disappointment and when I talked to the front desk they acted like I was crazy. I went back and looked at the pictures on Booking.com and realized you put the wrong pictures. U got what I paid for but not what you advertise it to be 😞

The motel was in the perfect spot. It is within walking distance to many of the restaurants and shops. Breakfast was one the best we have had. Our room/ bathroom was really clean. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The pillows on the bed were flat other than that there were no complaints.

The location was excellent. Right in the heart of downtown Fairhope and easy walk to Mobile Bay. Fairhope is a very charming southern town. The full breakfast was pretty good and the coffee was very good.

It was very hot and the a/c ran constantly. The unit leaked so part of the carpet was pretty wet.

The location was in the center of town which is what we wanted.

The facilities are in need of repair and cleaning. It is a dog friendly hotel but wish they only allowed people who had a dog stay in certain rooms. We don't have a dog but we stayed in a room that previously had a dog as there were big bite mark chunks out of the bathroom vanity. The back of the tv remote was broken and somebody had used scotch tape to reattach it. It kept coming off and the batteries would fall out.

Breakfast was great. The front desk person at checkout was so pleasant and so sweet! The room was exceptionally clean!

The view from our window was horrible. Construction mess!!! The check in front desk lady could have used a little more pleasant personality. Not very welcoming!!

the location and we didn’t have to drive … walked out the door and had everything we needed in walking distance . our daughter has special needs so very convenient !!!!

the price for 1 night 😫 we would of stayed 2 nights but $250 a night was way too much

It was a very nice hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast options were very good.

There were a certain number of reserved spots for the hotel in the public parking. It was a little tight, but certainly doable.

Location was fabulous. Right on the main drag with shops and plenty of eats within walking distance. They have balcony rooms available that overlook the street.

The check in area is very strange. You pull in and are immediately in a back alley setting that is less than desirable. Once inside though, it's a very nice place.

Location was great. Staff at check-in was nice but didn’t “have” a balcony room. Other staff members were good and there were others that had “better” things to do.

The location is excellent! we like being able to walk to everything and returning to room for breaks. Very clean! Great hot breakfast!

That type of A/C unit and direction of vents made it difficult to control temperature and comfort at times. But that will not prevent us from going back. We always stay there! And recommend it to others.
